“I've been in a climate-controlled, 24-hour access, 10x10 unit for years. Easy access, well-maintained. My only complaint is about the cost. For several years I opted to pay annually in advance by check. The bonus was a free month. When new management took over, they dropped that option. So now I pay monthly by credit card. It costs me $150/year more, and they're paying more than that to VISA. Stupid!”

“This place is simple a little hidden but well maintained the prices are good the storage units are well kept never had any problems with them and I've been a customer for over 2 years they don't have security gate during the day it is locked at night they don't have cameras but they also charge a fortune for the storage rooms”

“I was able to reserve and rent a van while riding back from the Stratton VA hospital in Albany. Upon arrival at U-Haul checkout was done quickly and simply. I was also able to use their public restroom which was clean and well maintained. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and pleasant. The van I was assigned was almost new and beside being slightly tight in the cab due to the cargo divider was up to the job I needed to perform. There was a large inventory of vehicles on site as well as any conceivable moving/packing supply you might need. U-Haul of Kingston, NY most likely is able to provide any of your truck rental needs!”

“Ken MAs far as I'm concerned, Elizabeth Willms is a saint. Today, from Oregon, I had to coordinate the pick-up of the contents of my storage locker by a moving company plus have someone there to sign the appropriate paperwork. The gentleman who was supposed to sign the documents at the last minute could not make it. Only 3 people were authorized to sign the papers. Elizabeth had offered the morning of the pickup to help me out if needed. With 15 minutes left before the moving company was to leave the locker with my furniture, my other friend was too far away to be there in time. Now Elizabeth is my new best friend. She left an appointment and was there for me. Not once did she say, " It's not my job to babysit your stuff" but was there when I needed her. Gladly!!!
