Everything is fresh and not pricey. Come in the morning if possible. Less people and freshly filled up shelves

I just got out of Aldi. They don't enforce their 2 carton limit on eggs as I saw a man with 4 dozen eggs in his cart. Now I have to go elsewhere to get eggs for my elderly parent who is homebound and can't go out. Management needs to do better. All I ask for is one dozen eggs that's it.
Update I just left this Aldi's a couple of minutes ago. I saw that the cashier was opening the line so I went there. The black cashier on the next lane twice told me that she was closed which was a lie. She came over and apologized and said that she was open. A few moments later this same black cashier with the beard was being rude to a customer on his own line. Is this the type of person that you employ? Management needs to address this situation right away.

Complete mess. The food is all over the place. Shelves are not reorganized and restocked intraday. Costco carts are making it almost impossible to move there. Instacart shoppers are emptying shelves and takes forever for them to pass the cashier. Management doesn't exist at this place.

Please pull the canned salmon dated to expire on 2028. It tasted rancid and is no bueno. I love Aldi’s products overall though

I like the variety of places to shop and eat, but I don’t like that it always feels very chaotic.

I like shopping at Aldis but I wouldn't want to go back to this one. They're very busy and the lines are long. Its good for the neighborhood but there are other less busy locations I can drive to.

I thought this Aldi would be better than the one in Jamaica, but somehow it's worse. They allow people to bring those enormously wide Costco shopping carts inside although they're not supposed to, and those carts take up the width of nearly an entire aisle making it hard to pass through. I don't blame them though because there are never enough Aldi carts. Are they too cheap to order more?
I saw some raw meat sitting out at the checkout for like an hour because I guess a customer didn't want them but no staff came to put it back. I'm almost certain that this now unsafe, room temp meat was eventually put back in the fridge to be resold. I got food poisoning from improperly stored meat at the Jamaica Aldi so I'm hoping the same doesn't happen here.
Associates, instead of being normal and using a speaker system, shout loudly around you that the store is closing in 10 minutes.
There was an African American cashier loudly shouting at her manager "I gotta go, I gotta go!" because she was overdue for her break. All in front of customers. No professionalism.
As you walk around you'll see that customers have left meat, eggs, milk etc on the shelves (which are very likely put back into stock later despite now being unsafe and unrefrigerated too long) and also trash and management doesn't seem to care. Also a cashier put a bunch of heavy crap onto my bread in the cart and squished it. How can you be that dumb?
Lines are long but they do move fast. Employees don't restock often on non-busy times such as Monday night. They'd rather just do menial stuff like crushing boxes and having conversations. You have to beg them to get you something from the back because they're too lazy to restock the shelves like they're supposed to.

There is no free parking. Today 02/14/25 I went at 0300 pm and there were no shopping carts. Some Aldi customers were hauling their groceries in Costco carts. If there’s an emergency while in the store, please be aware there’s is no WiFi, so your mobile device is dead.

Bought a bag of nuts from Aldi original brand. Got food poisoning the next day. Went back to the store, the manager told I can get a replacement also a store credit. Which is great, however, the cashier didn’t know how to do it, and the other cashier I guess waiting for the next shift keeps asking questions that I already explained to the manager, which makes me uncomfortable. If she has questions she should ask the other cashier, not me. Thank you. Btw, food poisoning is a very serious issue.

I was shopping today at this store and I ended up very disappointed, first the shopping cart ar not anywhere to find it is a whole Mess with Costco carts, second the store is not organized the employee pass next to me almost hit me with the forklift if i didn’t stop her ,unorganized ,no bags at all and in top of that the manager don’t have the control over the store she is just a person tu film in the spot and not taking responsibility for the business mistakes that they have. I fell bed for the corporation but they better look up and getting better management, This store has a lot of good stuff and its a shame that the service and care of the products are so bad
