I came into the store to sign up for the FirstNet plan. I had my own unlocked equipment. The lady at the counter had no idea how to provision the service. She used a random email address to create the FirstNet profile. When I got home and called customer support they had to delete the entire profile and start from scratch. It took two hours to resolve. Furthermore she signed me up for additional services after I specifically stated I did not want insurance etc...Very Dishonest!!! I was under the impression I was signing up for a $45/month plan. My initial bill was $179

I needed to replace my old iPhone with the iPhone 15. The sales person name is Danny. He was very professional and informative. He answered all of my questions. Everything went smooth and well. I definitely recommend this store. It was a pleasant experience .

I came in today and I’ve met with an AT&T representative name Destiny and she showed me great customer service. The purpose of my visit today was because I had questions and concerns about my recent upgrade to my iPhone 15 pro max, and she walked me through everything very thoroughly. She was also very friendly and professional during my visit. I highly recommend for customers to visit this AT&T location.

When I came in yesterday to take a look at a phone, I waited but somebody at least got to me within five minutes and said "I'll be right with you" and gave me pretty decent advice on what phone to get. Today, not even an acknowledgment from anybody. There was a point when all the employees were in the back and stayed there for at least 10 minutes before coming out. I swear, someone could have looted the store and ransacked the whole place for the duration they were in the back. Then when they finally came up for fresh air, they still didn't acknowledge us or any of the other customers waiting and when one finally talked to us, he said very bluntly "Nah, he was here first". Not even an "I'm sorry for the wait but I'll be with you in a bit ". This location seriously has to work on their customer service. Seriously about to convince my wife to switch I know it's not a reflection on AT&T corporately, but this specific store here at queens center mall was horrible today. Hopefully they get their $#!+ together.

I have been living in this area and a ATT customer for ten years. The service guys keep changing. The service from one guy working from last year was very rude and not professional. I don't believe those people who gave 5 stars, which should be given to perfect service.

I have a very good evaluation of this store: My new iPhone13 pro cannot send text messages due to a problem with the Sim card. I spent a whole day in the Apple store, other at&t stores, and online with at&t and Apple technical support staff asked for help, but none of them were able to solve the problem. Finally, I came to this store and met the technician named Moice. It only took him two minutes to find the problem and solve the problem that no one else could solve. He deserves a lot of praise and heartfelt thanks!
