Had a great experience with Christina!! She very knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful. I really appreciated her patience as I looked at every possible tile for my bathroom renovation. She explained the difference between each option and how to care/clean for the tile and marble I was considering. Would highly recommend Benson Tile and working with Christina.

I cannot say enough about how kind Angelo is. I bought a simple box of tiles from him. Nothing fancy. I needed to replace some broken tiles with something I found in his store that was close to what I had. Angelo cut the tiles for me. Unfortunately, my contractor said he needed the tiles cut again. I called Angelo and immediately he said bring them, I will take care of you. As promised, he had the tiles ready for me when he said he would. Even though my purchase was small, he treated me like a customer who spent a great deal of money in his store. It's hard to find people like this anymore. He is generous and kindhearted. I would 100 percent recommend him to anyone who is considering remodeling their bath/kitchen. His showroom is also beautiful. Thanks again, Angelo!

Porcelanosa store didn't have a sample of one of their tiles. Their only option was to purchase an entire box for $400 which they would ship to the curb of my building. They don't even bring it inside. Found that Benson Tile carries Porcelanosa tile. Christina offered excellent customer service. She got me a large sample in a week. Called when it came in. She then helped me shop the store to see if there was anything I liked better and find floors that went along with it. Angelo carried the sample to the car for me.

Highly recommend Christina and Angelo. First and foremost their stock of tiles are beautiful. Great energy in the store and wide variety of selections. I decided to go with Calacatta tile (white with hints of gold). Our business always receives compliments on the Italian Benson tiles. See attached photos. It's been about 1 year with these tiles and they still shine/gloss the same way they appeared in the store when we initially selected them. I just purchased more of these same tiles, for another project. Worth every dime! You pay for what you get and these tiles will not disappoint. Our office receives many compliments on the tiles. Best part is fast delivery!

I bought tiles and wait 2.5 weeks , tiles came in not my size and i still wait refund for about a month ( its no easy to confirm return:what is that?)

I have been dealing with Angelo for 30 years. He is straight up and has good products. My present installer told me the tiles I purchased from Angelo are great quality and all level when installing. Christina is a wonderful addition to the business for years now. She is patient and kind with her customer service skills. Angelo has taught me, patiently, so much about the difference in tile quality and has been appreciated through the years for his products and service. Benson is a great and professional family run business. Angelo and Christina do a Great Job. As a contractor and design consultant, we can bring or send our clients to Benson and they will work out all of the tile and grout combinations. The staff is attentive and friendly and follows up after the sale is complete and the delivery is received.

A big shout out to JOHN SENDONE at Benson Interior. He helped us plan and design the most gorgeous master bathroom that could truly be in Architectural Digest and for a fraction of the cost if it came from there.John took time to sit with us and plan out the bathroom from the bottom up. He assisted us with magnificent porcelain tiles, lighting, exhaust fan, placement of switches, custom made shower door and so much more... The floating vanity is lighted and spacious. The faucet, shower head, handheld shower, towel bar, grab bar and toilet paper holder in matte gold add to the elegance. The lighted medicine chest has and an anti-fog button. The completed bathroom is timeless and beyond our wildest expectation!This is not the first time John has helped us. He also held our hand through Super Storm Sandy and all from that time still looks great.We cannot thank him enough for all he has done!!!The selection at Benson is amazing. They have everything. The quality and prices are the best. Benson interior is dependable and all our materials were delivered on time.We receive so many compliments from all and we can't wait to show off this latest bathroom in our house. Our family and friends who shopped there all feel the same way. It is so nice to be treated so royally when you go there.
