Where do I begin? How about an account manager that goes on vacation leaving no explanation in the middle of a transaction. After a week of leaving messages with no response, I stopped in to handle a simple matter. And the clueless Branch Manger offers no help. Instead suggests I try another bank. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad that she didn't even know that there's another Chase nearby. It gets better. She attempts to send an 88 year old woman I was helping on an 18 block walk to find that other Chase!
Look at the other reviews and don't be fooled by anything positive. Completely unacceptable by even the lowest of standards.

Not so friendly workers and don't know what they doing, each one of them not following the same guidelines, just telling the customer what they want to hear and at the end customers going thru problems and wasting time at the bank, I would never recommend anyone anymore to open with Chase

The worst branch. The manager mistakenly sent an application to open a credit card on my name and my credit score decreased. Couldn't solve the problem. The most incompetent employees. I highly don’t recommend this office.
And it's impossible to get through to them.

I have called at least 6x now to reach Jennifer and she has failed to follow up with me about changing my account from chase private client because they keep charging me $35/month service fees. I don't even know how Jennifer became my account manager. I've never spoken with her, never agreed to have her manage my account, and quite frankly she never reached out once about "managing" my account. Do yourselves a favor and follow up with your "clients."

Do not do business with them. They are dishonest and will mislead you. I have been a costumers for years and was reluctant to get a loan from them. If you work with Jenny do not trust anything she does. I have worked with her for months on a loan just to find out she misrepresented the information. I have multiple times spoke to her and her team about the type of loan I’m interested in and they smile in your face and reassure you that everything is going to be right and in the last minute will give you sign different paper work than what was promised. Once you signed with them they will not be there for you. They just out to get you. Really bad costumer service and incompetent.

We booked an appointment to open an account and when we arrived we were told the bank teller is not here for the week. Why wasn’t I informed beforehand? We waited 2 weeks for this.

I bank with Chase on Queens Blvd. in Rego Park and the service is always great. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. I like doing business there

The ATMs are broken a lot, especially on the weekend. Friday afternoon the one inside was broken too. All weekend long. Only 1 ATM in the lobby was working. Unacceptable. Plus they closed other branches in the neighborhood so its the only one now.
