The representatives at this chase branch on Queens Blvd across from the Marshalls has great customer service as they try their best to accompany you even though it’s a busy at all times as I have noticed.

So my local Chase banks brand new ATM, of which the grand total of one machine is out of order again, mind you -- having been recently installed, like six months ago! Now a mile and a half away, this not local new looking ATM machine is staring back at me like HAL 9000, and refuses to give me my card back. And will not reply to any tap commands on the touchscreen, no matter how hard I peck it, no matter what I call it and in what tone. A young fellow at the first desk greeted me as I began with "your horrible machine over there refuses to release my card." Quick to respond he zipped past me making a quick cut move toward the culprit ATM. The story kinda ends there, my card was returned with a smile, an apology and a warm handshake. He gets five stars!

This is one of the best bank branches around!!! I had to have some papers notarized and they bent over backwards to help me, namely Angelisa who is the notary public in the branch. A shout out to her for going above and beyond, especially since I am not a Chase customer. Excellent customer service.

No lines! This chase is much better than the one on Continental Avenue. They also offer free coffee! All of the tellers are friendly but the only problem I have is that they are pretty bad at counting money. Although there is no line, you're still gonna wait at the teller window for quite some time. Other than that, this is a pretty convenient location/branch. The Union Turnpike/Kew Gardens train station is just a few steps away and the bus stop is right in front of Redwood Deli.

We've been loyal customers of this bank for years, yet they offered us mortgage terms that were lackluster, as if we were strangers who just walked in the door. We tried to telephone to talk to the bank manager. When we click on "attendant," we get cut off. Another indication that this bank perceives its customers as clowns. Apparently, the funding that would normally go for proper customer service is bled into fancy bonuses so upper management can golf in Burmuda while we peasants face yet another January blizzard.

Um, I think the entrance to this Chase is on 71st Street, so don't be confused. YELP has it listed under "Chase" at 71st Street as well. For the record, the bank is called Chase and is owned by the company JPMorganChase, so it really shouldn't be listed twice, but whatever...just doing my YELPly duty. :) For your YELP pleasure, I've pasted my review as listed under Chase. This is a rather large Chase branch, perhaps the largest in the area. That said, it's quite busy and there's a line during the times of day you'd expect, including weekends. It's due to its location and size that I thought they'd have foreign currency, but apparently they don't. They'll be more than happy to get it for you, but you'll need to place an order. Turns out no Chase branch in Queens has foreign currency---only the larger Manhattan branches. Handicapped accessible.
