Very rude Philippine man as a teller. I wanted to pay off a credit card with cash and he would not allow it. Spoke to me in a condescending tone. Awful branch. Should be closed.

If I could give this bank a 0, I would. I withdrew money from the ATM and one of the bills dispensed was only half a bill. I went to the teller to get help and was told they couldn't replace half a bill. So I have to accept half a bill and be out the money, but they don't have to take responsibility for the sheer incompetence of the employee who stocked the ATM. Despicable customer service while we are in the middle of a global pandemic.

I came in today to use their ATM , the lady next to me forgot her card inside the machine I didn't realize till after she left that the card was inside the machine. It happened to be 5:00pm the branch just closed, but there were still about four workers inside. I thought about slipping the card through the door but I asked myself" why, if there's people inside the bank I should give the card to someone by hand" anyways, I knocked for about five minutes trying trying to get their attention , when I FINALLY got this blonde ladies attention she said from a far distance " we're closed!!!" (well no sh*t! Is literally what I thought in my head when she said that), two minutes later she happened to be leaving and I'm still trying to tell her that someone forgot their card. And she was giving me attitude, what's wrong with people nowadays? Meanwhile I've been trying to get their attention for about five minutes, how sad? You know, it would have been nice for someone to come to the door , I mean there were still four workers inside the bank. No wonder this bank has such bad reviews... you hire workers like her. I was just trying to give the card to the right hands. I hope you read this tall, blonde woman. I'll make sure to post this review on other websites.

Awful service in this branch, disinterested and lazy, kept giving me the run around, trying to pass me on to someone else to deal with. Going to close my account after this review, not sure why anyone would want to bank at Citi, very unhelpful and frustrating to deal with them.

By far the worst customer service I ever had. Aja Corley was the worst teller I have ever met in my life and I decided to close my Citi Bank account after a nasty encounter with her. Citi Bank should fire her she was terrible with everyone that she interacted with.

Zero stars! Worst bank in NYC! Customer service sucks and they allow customers to wait over an hour! How does the GM find this ok? In addition, staff is rude after not giving a shit- void this branch

The branch isn't open after 5 pm a single day of the week. We had to go on a Saturday when they are open 10 to 2 with only two advisors available in 4 cubicles. 6 people in the line before us.

They are the worst branch I ever been too. If I can give no stars I would. I sat here for 2 hours before I can get seen. Never in my life would I step foot in this branch again unless I have to use the ATM.

Horrible service. The customer rep. made it seem like everything was my fault. Unwilling to provide any help or advice. Was told to get a customer service number from the internet.

Can the service get any worse? That's the real question. Not only do I have two credit cards with Citi bank but I've maintained relations with the branch for over 10 years! I've been let down so many times by Citi that this was the final straw Walked in today to get $120worth of change ($100 in singles and two rolls of quarters) presented both my credit cards and drivers license but that wasn't good enough. She said I must have a checking account to get change. After speaking with the BRANCH MANAGER .. That was no help as well. She gave me an attitude. No customer service or smile or help. She told me she can only do $100 ! I needed $120 Now here's the real big picture CITI BANK. Have you ever thought what something like this would do with your future relations with your clients ? You realize that when I want to do business with a bank in the future , Citi will now be on the bottom of my list. Bottom line other banks let you get $120 worth of change after presenting your credit card and ID. Get with the program Citi. I'm out

Local neighborhood Citibank. Given the number of other banks in the area you would think there would be a higher focus on customer service though. The wait for a bank teller isn't bad. If you need to see one of the associates be ready to spend an hour waiting before you're seen. It's too much. The interest rates are also not very competitive. But online banking is easy and the bank is reliable.

Not a big fan of their hours since they open later than other banks in the area and for working professionals with a 9-5pm job that have to commute into the city, it's really hard to go meet with someone other than the ATM machine before/after work. I opened up my account here with one of the few bankers they have available on site. With the establishment located in a residential area, I was a bit surprised that they did not have more bankers working.. even on a weekday. There is also lack of a staff at the front desk to greet you compared to other branches. However, I have no complaints with the service I received as the banker was courteous and allowed me to ask her any concerns/questions I had with opening up an account with Citi. I've also had position experiences with the tellers at the branch so their service is definitely not sub par but could use more bankers. The ATMS tend to not receive all of my cash deposits at once though.. sometimes I have to go through 10 transactions for a couple of bills. A bit inconvenient but hopefully something corporate can look into and improve.
