The front staff manager was rude. I was simply asking who can I talk to find out about store policy on price adjustments. He told me that they do not do not do price adjustments without the item on hand. He began to proceed to point at his tag and said "look who I am" pointing at his tiny tag saying front store manager. Price adjustment policy for items that go on sale in this location is stupid and makes everyone's life harder. It makes the lines longer. As a Costco executive member they already have my purchase history. Please fix this policy. TLDR; rude staff member and terrible store policy.

Great Costco with a wide variety of selections! It is located inside a mall and offer inside parking with a fee. If you are trying to avoid the fee, street parking is available but may be harder to find especially on the weekends. Beware that since the Costco is at a lower level, phone service can be non-existent depending on where you stand. But who needs their phones anyway when there are so many different products to look at! I think this is one of the Costco's that offer a variety of asian selections such as salted egg fish skins, shrimp chips, dried sea cucumbers, pocky, kimchi, dumplings, and so much more! Don't forget to grab a rotisserie chicken on the way out if thats your thing, as it's such a good deal! The workers and customers are all wearing masks but there isn't a strict protocol on social distancing. There also isn't a limit on how many customers can be inside at once. If this gets you antsy, try coming on a weekday.

Yes there are deals to be had, but at what cost? No one practices social distancing, they allow way too many people in at once, it's a COVID nightmare. I'll drive the Electra distance to BJ's, thank you.

RAW Rotisserie chicken. So disgusting! At a time like this. You'd think they cook poultry all the way through. Not even close to being done!

This retailer never honoring first responders and they never respect the military service members. Please don't shop here if you're gonna honoring peoples who served this country for your freedom that you have today.

Let me start by saying that I love Costco, the company, their philosophy, their products and generally their service. This particular location has some challenges which gives it three stars. Parking is difficult and paying for it just feels weird. Navigating through the store is a little challenging because of all the side parts of the warehouse. It's not very easy to find things because you're not quite sure if you got to see everything. A good example of this is where they keep pasta and beverages (out of site from the central walkways) and the vitamin section. Easy to miss if you're not searching hard. Optical department is decent and pharmacy has been very kind and responsive to my mom who is in her 70s and gets her prescriptions done there. Would love to see a little more thought on the end caps. Having to source your own cardboard boxes and repack your cart after you loaded it up at the cashier is a waste of time. Also difficult for those who are driving to get their groceries to an Uber or a taxi since the shopping carts have security features that shut them down in the pick up area. Hopefully this can be addressed and these can be improved.

I went here during covid and they have stocks of the essentials. Plus there was a short line. Location: it is located in Rego Park, it is inside a mall but the parking is inside as well. We payed for parking tho. Things and food that I love are: Wide variety of goods! I love their bread/pastry corner! I love their freshly baked muffins, cookies and croissants! The fresh produce are great too, specially chicken thighs that are price $8. I love their golden kiwis! It is cheap and sweet! Most of their foods are! They just introduce new products like KETO ice cream! Will I buy here? Yes af course! Because of the amount of goods here! But I felt that there is other Costco that is better.

My family and I adore the baked goods at this location and despite it being a huge store it always seems so clean. In this day and age that I really really appreciate that.

There is one particular item I purposely went to get. Didn't find in. Asked 6 different employees. One said it should be in the center where the asian stuffs is. One said it is by the entrance. One said it is by the candies section. The cashier said if you don't see it then we don't have it for today. You can come back tomorrow. Yeah right, none of your incompetent employee can give me a definite answer whether you have it in stock or not. Do you think I will pay for parking waiting online and get the run around again. NO THANK YOU!!! For those elderly and disable, please note that the line is up the ramp to level 1 parking and back down. It is a hassle holding the cart up the ramp and pulling the cart from hiding the people lining down the ramp. And you are paying parking fee to wait on line. I went on a Tuesday afternoon. Imagine the chaos during the weekend. Do not recommend going to this Costco. The other one are a bit far for me so I will hold off my membership renewal. Not coming back anytime soon. Enough stress from the pandemic already. No need add more. BJs at Whitestone will do in the meantime. No line to get in, free parking. A lot less hassle.

Least favorite Costco. There is always a line doesn't matter the day of the week or the time of the day. Unlike other Costco the line moves fast, but the line here does NOT move. I would go to Long Island Costco if I have enough time to travel.

This costco is probably my least favorite store, in terms of shopping here, I only visit the store If I am not able to go to long island due to time constrain. I really avoid it at all costs, call me cheap but I dont like paying for parking! It is extremely crowded no mater what time of the day you go. It is also a treacherous location to find parking as the underground lot is usually packed, people leave carts all over the place and its a job to find a good cart, as the carts are in pretty bad shape. I came in today as I needed to buy some pork, and the pork butt was on sale to make roast pork (asian style). Picked up basics like milk, eggs, bread, cereals, fruits & veggies and although I was not looking for a car battery. I came across Interstate display station and they seemed to have a variety of car batteries priced very reasonable. I bought my last battery at the Costco in Long Island and that was a few years ago. I noticed they now have a large beer selection with very minimal sparkling wines located near the dairy section. My cashier today Maribel seemed a bit upset and not friendly at all. we spent about $290 in groceries and well it seems a bit high in terms of dollar amount but it was not a lot. What can I say, Inflation is everywhere even at costco. In all, I am a die hard fan of Costco 20 years of membership. I was just mentioning to my wife how this year we did not take our Costco vacation due to the pandemic. I hope we can do it next year as I am looking forward to the chance to get away.I always tell my friends the best costco I visited is the one in Edison NJ, they have their own liquor store, clean parking, they have Costco Gasoline and in terms of service & friendliness they run a very good store.

Out of all the Costcos in NYC, the Rego Park location is by far my least favorite. There's a myriad of issues here, but not enough to deter me from going, especially if I'm in the area. Thankfully no Costco is too terrible not to shop at, so 3 stars it is.Parking is not free. Like anything else in the city, land and space come at a cost. Ironically, none of the other Costcos in NYC have this issue, but Rego Center is already jam packed with mega stores galore and too many folks would take advantage of the parking spaces if Costco allowed for them. Many of the nearby residents don't bother with any car action, but that just means a shopping limitation right off the bat.Speaking of weekends, this place is a zoo. COVID times have certainly helped curb this, but if there is any place popular during the pandemic, it's definitely going to be Costco. If at all possible, aim for non-peak hours, such as weekday afternoons or early in the morning. The popularity / overcrowding issue also leads to some really subpar service. Membership is constantly dealing with folks and the register peeps are moving people as quickly as possible with no time for chit chat. Things could be more efficient, but I'm almost always betting the customer service to be on the lesser side.Things change all the time here, and by that I mean the general layout of the place. They move things around constantly, which can be confusing unless one is a frequent visitor to this location. This isn't a surprise since most Costcos change out their inventory often, but I find it happens here more often than not. The upside to this is that there is always something new and interesting to buy.No Costcos in NYC are perfect and they certainly wouldn't hold a candle to any of the suburban locations. If there is one advantage they have over others, it's that they're open later than most locations. Most nights it's till 9pm.

Great Grain BreadThere's a reason they call bread "mana from heaven." I mean, who can live without it? And, if you can't get to a bakery to get a fresh loaf, and you're packing lunch for yourself or your kids, some good, tasty slices are necessary. I'm not getting paid for this, but I cannot say enough about Innkeepers 8 Grains and Seed bread. I was never a sliced loaf in bag person. Nope. I always went to the bakery, got myself a nice, chewy rye with seeds, or health loaf, but it became more expensive, and smaller as time wore on. Plus, the loaves didn't come sliced, nor in plastic bags. I was alone most times, and couldn't finish a bread before it molded, or became stale. Sometimes I'd have a whole freezer of half-loaves, dried out vestiges of once ready-for-eating stock. I couldn't even make breadcrumbs out of what I had. But, when I got married and joined Costco, I couldn't help but notice all the incredible kinds of mana I could sink my teeth into. There really are some very fancy kinds, too. I'm sure that no matter how fussy you are about your slices, you'd surely find one in Costco that you will drool over. Innkeeper's loaf is really big, (2 lbs, 4 ozs) has really great ingredients including 19 grams of whole grains! It is, slightly sweet, they do add brown sugar, but it is not so sweet as you'd want it for dessert. I have only seen it sold in the metropolitan area, though it is made in Oregon. It toasts brilliantly, slices are thick enough to hold butter and jam, peanut butter and jelly, cream cheese and lox (but I think a bagel is better). All this for $3.99!! I had to talk about it. It's one of those groceries that will talk to you, after you buy it!

Poorly run Costco. When I go during busy time periods the cashiers talk and joke among each other while I'm waiting to be checked out. Last time a manager ...without saying excuse me ...started talking to the cashier and asking him about receipts while I was standing there waiting. They went on and on wasting my time. I was so annoyed. Today I went to Costco and they decided to close an hour early. There was no curfew in place and nothing changed ob their website to alert people. A lot of people were turned away. Very unprofessional.
