Seems to always be crowded. Needs more workers to collect the carts from garage and outside sidewalks. Carts shouldn’t be allowed to be taken off premises.

I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. I went to Costco to return items I bought—with the receipt in hand—and because the staff at the entrance didn’t put a sticker on them, the customer service team and managers accused me of stealing. If there’s some “sticker rule,” maybe train your staff to actually follow it instead of humiliating loyal, paying customers. I was treated with zero respect, zero professionalism, and absolutely no accountability from anyone. This was one of the most disgusting, disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with any business in the U.S. Costco should be ashamed.

I've been to quite a few Costcos,but this location was extremely disappointing. Bird feces on the shopping carts was a definite no, I even informed the manager who seemed not to care. They can put overhead tarpaulin to store the carts , something to make shopping comfortable. WHO WANTS TO CLEAN A CART BEFORE USING IT

Absolutely the worst customer service possible. Unorganized terrible staff overall who see people as bodies in their way. We complained people were skipping the line and we were told by Irene(totally rude and obnoxious and should be fired because she selectively called people in the long line for cards but not us) to stand in the longer line even though they let people cut who needed new cards, which we came to do. Dennis said they called people who needed cards over to shorten the line but when I told him we were there for a card but told to stand in the longer line he said, 'ok, I'll just watch.' Really?? Wow, how much do you get paid to do the managerial task of 'just watching' your staff cause problems? Never came over to sort it out or help, instead he turned his back on is and others complaining about the same employee, Irene. Incompetent and ineffective. When it was finally our turn Irene stopped doing her job to yell at me. Will be reporting this to corporate. Tom the manager of this store blamed me and said he 'will address it' with Irene even though several customers complained of her unfair treatment. Avoid this Costco. Unfortunate.

Believe the 1 star reviews. Customer service is worse than rude, they seem to enjoy their power trips over frustrated customers who ask them for help. Awful, petty treatment from power tripping service desk, door employees, managers. Pretty consistent incompetence and they take joy in demeaning people who pay for the 'privilege' of shopping here. If you want to deal with the worst employees and managers, and have a memorably bad experience that will ruin your entire day by all means come to this hellscape and shop here. Extremely expensive too. Selling my Costco shares, this place is a chaotic dump.

Worst Costco on the country. Manager should be fired !!! The lines are ridiculously long every day and nothing seems to phase management. Terrible management! Within one hour of opening, lines reach to the back of store and no room for persons actually shopping. Never again!

Today a lady named Ilvana, at the checkout, is very rude, she does not respond in a courteous manner, she does not answer the greeting, she throws the products and when you say hello or say thank you, she does not answer, they should improve the service

These warehouses are supposed to have their own private parking lot. Since they don't they should at least validate their customers parking tickets. The fact that this place is so small and cramped with no free parking then they should not have a store here. Outer parking is always full with double parked cars at front and rear causing congested traffic is ridiculous. It is always chaotic with the amount of people in the small warehouse. I would give it 1⭐️but I'm too nice. 😁

Not your normal Costco. Need to pay for parking (if you can find a spot) and then fight your way through a crazy scrum of competitive shoppers to get anything. Goods are strewn around and not well presented (see photo). It's still Costco though, which is a great company hence giving it 3 stars, not 1.
