Rip-off!!! Wouldnt do inspecrion unless i bought brakes from him. Even when i showed him NYS code for brakes and how i didnt need them he then refused to do the inspection. Rip off and waste of time to even bring my car there.

I cannot say enough superlatives about this business and the mechanic, Harris. On the way to Queens from Connecticut on a Saturday morning the front end of my car cratered on a declivity on the Van Wyck. Smoke began pouring out of the front end, with difficulty steering and worrisome noise. My wife was terrified. We managed to get to Woodhaven Blvd. where, thankfully, we found the Woodhaven Service Center open for business. Harris promptly inspected the car and diagnosed the left front shock that had deteriorated and collapsed into the tire, and stripped it down to the metal belt. On the lift, he gave us a detailed report on several serious front end and other problems and took the car in right away for repair that day. He got the parts and got us going in a few hours. His response was quick and a lifesaver for us, as we were able to get our business done in Queens and get back home. Harris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot recommend Harris and this business highly enough.

Scam scam scam walked 3 miles to get my car battery charged. They wanted 20 bucks. Paid the money because I didn’t want to walk any further to another mechanic. After paying and walking back to my car. Guess what.. they never charged the damn battery. Don’t waste your time with these idiots and scam artist

If the gas attendant will rip you off then I can only imagine what the service center does. I'D SKIP THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST. THEY RIP YOU OFF WITH THE GAS PUMP SERIVICE SO DONT LEARN IF THEY RIP YOU OFF GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED BECAUSE CAR MAINTENANCE COST MORE THAN GAS. ESPECIALLY IF THEY OVER CHARGED YOU FOR MAINTENANCE AND DONT EVEN DO IT RIGHT, AND THATS IF THEY EVEN DO IT AT ALL.

I'll let you decide if you trust to go to this place.. brought my car in this morning for an NYS inspection, was told it would be an hour, so I left it there since I work close by. An hour and a half later I call they tell me to wait another hour. I get a call an hour and a half later and they tell me car won't pass inspection cause of front brakes, "but they can replace them there so I can pass. I just recently had gotten the car serviced by an actual Audi dealer and was told everything was fine, including brakes. I figured they just wanted to charge me to change front brakes claiming to be cheaper if I do it with them. Obviously, I left, went somewhere else after work same day and passed inspection without any issues. Beware this place.

Don’t ever use this auto repair service!!! They are not honest about their prices and services!They have no knowledge of how to repair a car! He called my tire a - "wheel thingy" and the AC he called - the thing that makes you cold. Pathetic auto repair business.I wouldn’t even let them put air in my tires if I were you !!!Stay away at all costs.Not reliable or ethic.High prices.$350 to change a battery!!!! Wow! Poor service.
