Best of borough! Love my yogi fam! Each instructor has a great technique of teaching ! There’s traditional, music classes, sing a long classes, vinyasa , yin, healing and even some zoom if you can’t make it to studio! Thank you Tomoko, Kammy, David, Heatherly, Nicole,Marcel and whoever else I forgot for keeping Queens grounded! A nice little escape from the hustle and bustle ?♀️

Love this studio! Very clean, all the instructors are helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Everyone is there to help themselves feel better and its so refreshing to be in a fitness/wellness environment that is not superficial or filled with people constantly posting on social media while working out.I do wish that some people would have a little kindness for their fellow classmates. If you have a heavy cough or cold maybe stay home until your a little better. If you must come in then wear a mask or at least cover your mouth and nose when sneezing and/or coughing. We are all in a hot room together- wide, hard sneezes and coughs all throughout the class is gross and inconsiderate.

I didn't find my experience there very welcoming to beginners. I've been practicing for over two years off and on. Pandemic hits I'm off for 2 years, had a knee replace within that time. I I register online told staff I was a beginner and had knee issues. No one greeted me with a tour or overview of where things are lockers, bathrooms etc. forget about my knee issue, instructor gave me no attention to my knee. Facilities not that great.

What an incredible studio! I took my first class today and was so wonderfully impressed: the COVID-19 protocols in place allowed me to feel safe; the studio was clean and spacious; and the class flowed beautifully and really challenged me. I left feeling warm, grounded, and connected to my body. Thank you HotYoga4You Rego Park! I'll be back :)

I've been here for the 2 week trial and I must say, it's a great concept and good location, but the hot yoga room tends to reek of BO. Also, the locker and shower areas are very small. No shot in getting parking in the lot either. I mean I really enjoyed the classes here but this things listed above make the experience not as enjoyable. Also, I think joining the membership is rather expensive!! That's why I never joined. I just take yoga classes on ClassPass at different venues it's more eco friendly for my pockets and it's unfortunate that HYRP doesn't offer classes on ClassPass.

The previous reviewer that said this place deserves 0 stars hit the nail on the head. Worst yoga experience in my 16 years of practice. For starters, the instructor Heavenly/Heatherly (whatever the hell-er-ly) is mean as H. Never in my life when trying a new pose, challenging myself and pushing my limit has an instructor said "don't move around too much or you'll disturb the neighbors". It seems like a considerate request until you realize that EVERYONE in yoga will at some point be wiggly in a new pose. Let's move on to the cold possibly rude fella' at the front desk. Would a hello be too much to ask for? Lastly, the forced block rental policy is ridiculous and downright insulting. It's my body, my practice and my lifelong commitment to learning-- I know what I need. Thanks. I meet the negativity of this place with the same negativity that has been given. I want my money back too!

Love practicing hot yoga at Hot Yoga for You!! The instructors are so good, giving feedback on postures to help you achieve your best. Every class helps me get more flexible and feel great in my body. What a blessing to have this place so close to home. I would move next door, if I could. ❤️

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This is by far the worst yoga studio I have ever been to. Unfortunately, I decided to try the $25 two week trial with them. First time I'm there, the owner tells me that it is vital for me rent blocks to take the class. I tell her that I've been doing yoga for years and I do not feel the need to use the blocks. Nevertheless, she says that if I do not rent the blocks then I would not be able to go in so I rent the damn blocks($2). The class was absolutely awful it was supposed to be a vinyasa class but instead it felt like basic Bikram yoga. I didn't even need the blocks like I told her. The class was only challenging because of the heat not because of the instructor. The instructor then tells me that if I step outside to drink water I won't be let back in. So I'm stuck in a 90 minute class with an empty water bottle. I decide to give this place a second chance and the owner tells me that she can't allow me inside even though I'm just 4 minutes late!!!! That is ridiculous. The class had not even started yet. She then tells me I can simply wait 2 hours for the next class (because I have nothing better to do, right?). I usually stick with Bamboo yoga and Zen yoga in Forest Hills (which are way better) but I wanted to give this place a try. Such a mistake! Don't even get me started on the decor. There are carpets everywhere which seems unsanitary for a yoga place. Overall, worse yoga experience of my life. Stay away! Never again. I want a refund.

I can't say enough good things about HYRP. The teachers are great, all loving and caring but with their own unique personalities. The student community is warm and sweet but with diverse background. You sweat hard in the class but walk out floating in the cloud, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The classes are well designed to offer balance and variety: traditional hot 90/75/60 and the never judging yin, the invigorating vinyasa and the intriguing Lu Jong... I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try hot yoga.
