I live in the rego park area and Rozi has always been so kind and accommodating when I need my eyebrows threaded. She’s my go to woman ! She’s patient and listens to what I want and I’ll always appreciate her for taking the time to make sure I look my best !

I went to this beauty salon in July. The lady's name is Feroza and I don't know what her name was exactly, but she is tall, had blonde hair, and Russian. I asked for a hair highlight and she completely destroyed my hair. When I came I told her to not cut my hair short like she did last time then she got mad and aggressively threw the brush on the table with such horrible attitude and it was the worst customer service experience I ever had. She even said the most pathetic words to me that I should not ever come to the salon because she said that she has plenty of customers and that I was not needed. I was also overcharged $250 and she did not bother taking the money from my hand and called her manager. If I could give this a 0 star I would with this horrible experience. She was very rude.

My hair feels so healthy after Keratin treatment and really came back to life. Will definitely be coming back. Place was clean and had a welcoming feel. Rozi was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Lady Care Beauty Salon is the best Waxing salon I have ever been to not only in New York but any where period. Rozi is very good. I did all my waxing with very little or no pain.Must visit Rozi for all waxing need’s.

Rozi is amazing! Even though the highlights process was long, they took care of me really well. It took me weeks to find a really good hair colorist in New York and I’m more than happy! The results exceeded my expectations! Please call Rozi before coming she is very busy. Honestly, Rozi is the best hair dresser.

Rozi knows her craft! For the first time in a long time, I’ve left a beauty salon so happy. From the initial experience of dry cutting to the end, I was loving it and smiling. Loved the vibes, and Rozi was so sweet and supportive. She coached me the whole way through, let me know detail by detail of her ideas and we shared so much honesty to be able to really get my hair back to basics to start doing exactly what I want. So happy to have found a permanent hair dresser and awesome salon!
