Melissa greeted us upon entering, Acknowledging our presence and allowing us to browse without being pushy or giving us the hard sell. Great selection and was impressed with the lower floor that had some great bargains. Spent a good amount of time testing out mattresses even though this is my second visit to a different MF outside my borough. Was able to make an informed decision in my selection. Melissa was great and thoroughly explained delivery and warranties. A+ service all around!

Where do I started. From the time me and my mom walked into the store we was greeted with such a warm smile and personality from Tara. Today was my mom birthday and she took care of her. She was knowledgeable, understanding, honest and caring for what my mom wanted. My Mom is hard to please but she took the time with her and showed her different options. Tara is so patient and personable, I wish more stores had personality and love for the job and people because we didn't want to leave. For me customer service is everything to me. The store is clean and organized which is a plus. We was unsure what we wanted but we didn't feel rushed or forced to buy anything. Her Manager Robert was equally as nice and sweet, they make a great team together. I would recommend this store to anyone that would like a bed because you get more than that at this location. I normally don't write reviews at all, but this was well worth my time to sit down and write. Satisfied customer. From Tanya and Clara

Tara did a phenomenal job walking me through the process of choosing both a mattress and a bed frame. I came in with a budget and a plan and Tara followed suit going above and beyond my expectations. I was in an out within an hour.

The sales representative named Tara/Melissa was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable about all of the beds on display. She took me step by step to find the right mattress for myself and after all that I went ahead and purchased the hybrid. I haven’t received my mattress yet but I’m so excited for when I do. I would recommend this store.
