I went in to buy yarn and DMC thread. It was a mess. Nothing was in the right spaces and it was not on numerical order. What should be taken me 5 minutes, took 20 and I only found 23 of the 45 colors I needed. This needs to be corrected

This Michael's was organized, I didn't like the cashier's attitude and didn't want to give me the discount, then I showed her the photo on the hallway and she just made a noise like if she was annoyed, but who knows she could've had a bad day, that's why I gave it a 4 star....

BEWARE - NEVER order anything from Michaels on-line.
They're very tricky, and make it extremely difficult to return (apparently to frustrate you into not returning)
I ordered conte crayons, then found out they were WAY overpriced.
So when they arrived, I tried to return.
But Michael's returning instructions were so confusing, I drove to Michaels store to return.
But Michaels store said I could not return there.
The store instructed me to phone Michael's and they would send a label to use to return.
I tried to phone, but the wait was so insanely long I had to hang up.
