I've come here a decent amount over the past years. It's a last resort for me though. Recently, if you're not Russian they're not helpful or friendly, except for the deli counter. Since they reorganized the store, asking someone to help is futile. They just say I don't know and walk away. When Key Foods is preferable, you know this place is terrible.

This is my favorite supermarket. Good selection of products. Permanent discounts. The best prices on the market

NetCost Market offers an exceptional grocery selection, with a wide variety of high-quality products. Their salami, cheese, and fish options are perfect, making it a go-to destination for food enthusiasts. It's unfortunate that the NetCost Market isn't available in Manhattan's Upper East Side. Expanding to all five boroughs would indeed be a great convenience for residents across New York City, providing access to their excellent selection of groceries.

Great place to shop. Huge variety of products. Big selection of meats, fish, dairy.. produce, vegetables, fruits and baked goods. Most importantly I want to point out the friendliness and attention to details of the staff. I would like to single out a cash register attendant Natallia who was very patient and understanding while explaining the rules of various promotional actions and prices.

In reading the reviews, I'm sorry to say that I won't be shopping at this store at all. It's a complete turn off for me. I pray that they make necessary improvements to attract people that enjoy having a great shopping experience.

Food is always spoiled . Date is always expired. One day I was walking by and a rat ran out of the supermarket. Produce is rarely fresh . Food is overpriced. Deli closes early and the owner is grimy. He gets mad because his food is spoiled and he doesn't want to take returns . They are actually all like that in there . I will not go back . I will take the extra walk 4 blocks down to the other supermarkets.

I’m used to buy food in Brooklyn NetCost. Recently moved to Manhattan and this store is the closest one. Two days ago I bought the prepared food and it was horrible. Fish cutlets contain big pieces of bones and smell bed, chicken cutlets - very dry, and tasteless. Pirogi with an egg is dry, and a very little stuffed. If I would buy the first time food in Netcost I wouldn’t have gone there back, but I know that there’s some problems with staff working in the kitchen . Please check it out.

Absolutely one of my favorite stores . I love how it’s the only NetCost in Queens al thought I’d love for there to be more. Russian products are my favorite so with the whole war going on it’s hard to find them . And it’s a reasonable price. The store is kept clean and organized and employees are helpful.

I live in Manhattan and always go to this store, since it is the closest to me by distance, for Russian treats and a salad bar. Last Saturday 07/01/2023 I got 3 small herring salads that dated being packaged on 06/30/2023 and all three were spoiled, they had to go to trash. All off the buffet food, was packaged in plastic containers, there were no hot food, or soups. Can a day old salad taste spoiled?

Pricing is fair. Store is clean and well organized. Majority of products and goods always available regardless of when coming to shop.

The service is bad. The staff doesn't know what products are available in the store and the manager too. There are no gluten free products that is important and healthy. I tried to call to the store - No response! I have a feeling that I am back in Russia.

Netcost is great. Where else can you get smoked salmon (hot smoked, cold smoked, whole), caviar, bread that is so heavy with rye it could be used as a weapon, at least 50 kinds of fermented dairy products, pickles, strange beers from around the world (Iceland!, Poland, Ukraine!), giant flat breads, toasted kasha, and decent produce (including odd things like fennel and rhubarb). True-it does have a bit of a Soviet feel to it and someone will definitely shove you or cut in line. I miss the Russian announcements they used to play (everything is in English now.) one star off because you definitely must always CHECK THE DATE ON ALL PRODUCTS. Occasionally things are spoiled or expired. The discount card (you have to get it through the app now) is very good and saves a lot of money. Worth the trip!
