If I could give zero starts I would. The amount of negligence and the savageness is out of this world. My brother in law went in for a CT scan to rule out a pulmonary embolism, despite the staff seeing him in a lot of discomfort, they had no compassion to call an ambulance or even show empathy. My sister who was working had to step out to call an ambulance for my brother in law since the staff in this location were unable to assist. I do not understand why have staff that are not willing to go out of their way to help someone that is not feeling up to par. If you have an emergency, seriously avoid this place at all cost!

I understand this was an emergency and ct scan was scheduled next day I needed help scheduling transportation because right now I am the only one working. My husband does not speak english and he needed someone in spanish and he said he spoke to three people him explaining spanish please. My husband call me and I had to call and explain that we already have transportation approved by insurance and that health first said they need the clinic to call if it's very short notice for me to schedule it myself. They gave gave me a hard time saying they couldn't make the call.I explained to her to please help I am the only one working and that I couldn't pay for uber at the moment. My husband had a CT pulmary scan yesterday after they knew it was positive for PULMONARY EMBOLISM they said I can not get report I can only get the cd and that the hospital was 2 blocks away to just show them the CD.First they did not notify him that he was getting injected with contrast.Second they bumped into his leg as they were entered the vein.Third the tech grabbed his left to help him on CT scan machine.Does anyone read prior to calling patient why are they getting these tests?I told her he is here to rule out P.E due to knee scope of left leg.I called the ambulance for my husband because he wasn't feeling well. I felt that they didn't care to even call the ambulance!Once I notified them that I called the ambulance they were rushing to get vital signs. They then gave me report and of course had to give report to EMS.This was negligence!!! Please everyone if you have an emergency and just because hospital is just 2 blocks away please call 911 immediately all the staff this location for what?

I got hospitalized 2 nights and 2 days after taking a treatment prescribed by Dr Y. Etlis. It was very bad. I fainted 3 times and I had a hard time to breathe. Also she recently prescribed 3 months for another treatment, even after I told her that she already prescribed the same treatment weeks before. I don't know if she don't care, doesn't pay attention or both.

Honestly I think Dr. Zolotarevskaya is a great doctor but the staff absolutely sucks. My insurance is always a problems especially just getting a simple inhaler Spiriva Respimat. After 4 calls I gave up and just used a goodrx and scripthero codes at my local pharmacy to save me an equivalent of a car payment cost. Thanks for nothing staff.

The 4 star review is only for the part of the facility that is directly on Queens Blvd across from the bus stop. I go once a month for iron infusions. The staff that treat me are always very nice and friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and try their best. You do get a bunch of calls right before your appointment with reminders even if you've already signed all documents within the app- & that can be a bit annoying- but I guess they're just being efficient. So far I've been going for over a year for infusions and I don't really have any complaints about that area. The other part of the facility on the other side is a different story and I dread going there. It's always really crowded. The doctors don't seem like they care much and they seem overbooked. I've gone for gynecologist appointment- he was pretty good and thorough. The first time I went for a visit with a family health doctor I did not like it. I believe his name started with an O. I can't remember, but he took a personal call barely said a few words to me and referred me to someone else for a surgeon. I switched to a different doctor for my physical and follow up- she was thorough but seemed overworked. The other doctor I saw was doctor Katz in the hematology department. I liked her a lot. She too is thorough and also follows up with phone calls and messages to your nyu langone app message center. It's hard to give this place the stars because some parts are great while others are not.

This location is always miserable. The NYU app gave me the wrong address so I arrived to LIC at the time of my appointment. I called the office after wandering around for 10 minutes lost. They told me to come in so I did. Dr. Pinkhasova continued to berate me for being late even after I explained the situation three times. She was asking why I didn't figure out it was the wrong address.... Hello?? I'm at a neurologist for a reason? That was the address the app gave me. I was there for an appointment because I'm experiencing cognitive impairment and executive function disorders, and being lectured and berated was a high exhibition of ABLEISM. If you go into neurology you should at least have an understanding of symptoms you are analyzing, My symptoms aren't just a check list. They are real. They impact my daily life. It was also highly unnecessary to get overly personal with my past addiction. I'm 2 years sober, I don't need to be told I'm \\\"too pretty and young to make those choices.\\\" That was an overstep. Now I've been waiting 23 days for a prescription for whatever they found was wrong with me, I'm in pain, and my calls aren't getting anywhere. They tried to bill me $500 for a telehealth follow up after screwing up my appointment. I worked my schedule around this visit and treated it as it were a regular appointment, but they chose to schedule someone else for my time slot. They told me she would call in an hour. I waited home all day, and I called again 5 hour later. They ran me through hoops and I had to have my appointment in the car without privacy. This place is an absolute mess.

NYULANGONE is well oiled money-making machine. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I will recap my experience from end of September until today in details as this facility was highly recommended to me however I found out that it's a waste of time and money. 1. Dr Osmanovic - went in with blood tests done five days before the visit however he ordered the same blood work during my visit without communication. Blood was drawn during my visit by two nurses both without any experience hence it took two to do blood test. I was charged for visit & separate bill for lab-total cost for this visit -$35 CT Brain scan- I was asked to change in storage room and was seated in the corridor half naked holding my belongings waiting to get CT Brain. No COVID regulations followed!Total cost for CT Brain scan -$65 Follow up visit with Dr Osmanovic lasted five minutes I was told that CT scan looks good .Note Other facilities/ doctors call you for the results and there is no need waste your time to go and pay for appointment to learn about your results. Total cost: $15 Dr Babaev- waited 2 hours to get in to be seen. Waiting room cramped with people seating next to each other no COVID regulations followed. After complaining to front desk I was walked in a room physician walked in after 20 minutes and after another 40 minutes I was seen by doctor. Dr. Babaev is on point and is worth the wait. Test was done during the visit. Total cost-$50 Dr Strizhak- waited an hour to be seen- walked in spoke to me 5 minutes took a personal call walked out of the room to chat during the visit. Ignored my concerns and wanted to do tests not related to my visit. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone! Total cost-$30 I canceled all other referred doctors & lab tests as without being sick they made me feel sick and kept scheduling appointments. Mind that I went there because I didn't do any doctors appointments in 2020 and until September 2021. I'll sum up NYULANGONE as facility with doctors who refer each other and know how to work insurances to get paid. This particular location serves Russian speakers and elders I doubt that I will return as Northwell Health & NY Presbyterian system is better for serving patients.I understand we live in bizarre times but doctors are on completely different level now days they ignore patients and have lost humanity it's all about the money and they don't conceal this fact. Do your annual appointments and take care of yourself if not you are in trouble and you will be slammed with bills! Hope this review will help someone.

Staff was totally unprofessional. Instead of being in a prestigeous NY Hospital it felt as though I was in the Moscow General Hospital. Staff was loud, indifferent, uncaring and gossiping to each other in Russian. horror show

This location is one of the worst. They overbook patients, the reps are disrespectful and never do their job. You show up on time and have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour to see the doctor. Everytime you ask for a manager, they're never in the office.
