My experience with Professional Mortgage Solutions was EXCEPTIONAL! From the beginning, when I spoke with Sal, I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional, knowledgeable, understood my specific needs, and funny. As for Jason, he was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, very thorough, and had an unbelievable sense of humor. I can not forget Sheila, who was also exceptional, and pleasant to talk to. They both made me feel like I was their only client and was always patient with me. Professional Mortgage Solutions has a staff that is friendly , knowledgeable, and experienced . They make you feel very comfortable and answer all of your questions in a way that is easy to understand. Sal Tomaselli is very hands on and works very closely with his staff. Sal is the best! He takes his time looking at all options available to you no matter your income. If a loan is possible, he will help you get it. He worked with the VA which required many extra steps and secured a home loan for me in Brooklyn. I’m sincerely grateful to have worked with him and look forward to more collaboration with my future real estate purchases.
