Lawrence who is the manager patiently helped me set up my phone. He spent over a half hour working with me to solve my problem. He did so with grace and understanding. I wish to thank him for his help.Over the last few months the staff at this location has worked with me and all of this is most certainly appreciated. Please don’t hesitate to drop by and work with staff to get your phones.Thank you.

Do not go there. These people barely speak English and don't know what they are doing. They can not set up a phone properly. Try another T Mobile in a better location.

Nestor was extremely helpful, he found the best plan for me and listened to my concerns and answered EVERY question. He had extremely positive attitude too. Best T-Mobile experience I’ve had so far!!!!

I went in to upgrade my phone and plan and Alec got care of me he was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns about getting everything done it was fast and very easy I got a great deal and he stayed late to finish setting up my phone and watch I will definitely come back to this store if you are looking for help please go see him he is a great person and very professional.

Hello store manager, here is your google survey detractor. I will be reaching out directly and your supervisors in regards to unauthorized account changes being practiced in your store. Just to keep you informed I am aware of the mobile expert, time and date and the agent over the phone who they convinced to do unauthorized account changes. Never visited this store and employees are going in making changes and calling RSL for help to update account pins and sim swaps. If you failed in protecting my account then you have also failed in protecting your customers and giving inconvenience that’s unnecessary…Without ID making changes !!! Are you aware of this? This is to be rectified SMH. Shame!

I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. Had a sales clerk named Alec who went far n beyond to help n assist all my needs n questions just not that day but a few days later when I didn't know some stuff on the S23. Alec took the time to help me .If You speak Russian Alec is the sales guy for you.

I want to make a complaint about the queens center T-Mobile store, I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and laziness at any other location.It’s 4/26/23 Wednesday evening around 8pm and I just received my replacement phone from the Apple Store. Because there was an issue regarding getting my e sim transferred I was directed to go downstairs to the T-Mobile store to have them resolve the issue.I go downstairs to the store, it was empty no customers and all the employees all 5 of them were all sitting at one table joking laughing and on their phones showing each other videos and tik toks.No one came over when I walked in I had to approach the group table.One girl dark skinned with long braids asks “ what’s the issue” I told her I need my e sim transferred she then points in the direction of a phone and writes down the T-Mobile customer service number and tells me to call from that phone. All while not getting up from the table as all the workers continue to talk and laugh.This is a new experience as I was never treated like this at any other T-Mobile store I was dumbfounded but I went over to the phone and called the number it was a customer service line that I could’ve done at home and it was a 45 minute wait. I’m livid and told the girl what’s the point in coming to the store if you’re just going to direct me to use the phone and call customer service. The same girl sighs and kind of rolls her eyes as if I was bothering her she asks me for some information and punches something in on her iPad 2 minutes later she tells me that her system is down and to go back to the Apple Store.As a loyal customer of T-Mobile for over 7 years the service I received at this store makes me want to cancel my service.The next day I went to the forest hills Austin street location and it’s a totally different experience. Malikeye was extremely helpful and even worked with me after store closing to get my number to work. He was an absolute gem and very patient and kindThe two stores are complete opposites. Corporate and management please reevaluate your staff at the queens center location because it was the worst experience and an embarrassment to the T-Mobile brand.

Great service!Christopher changed my plan, connected a gift device, patiently explained everything.However, I still have questions about the service of the T-MOBILE company itself.There is information on the company's website that the Magenta® First Responder tariff even for 1 line includes Netflix, but after we connected everything, it turned out that it didn’t. Only when 2 lines. The information on the website is not correct. I would like the company to be responsible for its proposals, and not mislead people. very upset...((Christopher Super!T-MOBILE * *

I’ve been a loyal customer to this specific T-Mobile store for years, and I’ve never had such a terrible experience. An employee named Kevin refused to help me with my repair. My phone is obviously glitching out, it keeps freezing and won’t work. I bought my current phone from this location not even one year back. Kevin claims my phone isn’t eligible because it’s slightly scratched. I just went to a T-Mobile on 21st street, Long Island City and they helped me perfectly, heard my issues and my new phone will be delivered within this week. Some advice to this businesses owner, fire lazy workers like Kevin who deliberately refuse to work because of sheer laziness. Will never give these guys a penny of business again. Beware of coming to this T-Mobile in the evening time.

Buyer BEAWARE OF YOUR BILL ON THE SPOT! Fraudulent place. This t mobile location is very bad, they will add to your bill what you never asked for, and now I deal with that charge for a few months and still can't resolve.

A worker Kevin was "helping" me at this location and he was the absolute worst. He was no help and he seemed lazy that he didn't want to get the job done. All he had to do was fill out a form so I could get my brothers phone fixed. He said the phone had a scratch but the phone had literally zero physical damage. He was just lazy to do the job. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer with multiple phone lines since many years. It's people like Kevin that will bring the business down. He was rude, lazy and had a terrible work ethic. He will bring this location down, he already is.
