I've been doing business with Tolpa's for many years, I've had a great relationship and trust with their salesman Tyrone, Even when he is out of the office, I've dealt with the rest of their sales staff and they're all courteous and very knowledgeable and friendly. As a business owner myself I know what it takes to run a business and these people do it very well and go out of their way to make things ? percent.

Found this auto recycling place on ebay since nobody around the Chicago area didn't have what I was looking for. Looked up a few other places, and decided to do my business here. Even though I had to get my item shipped, it was extremely fast and arrived within 3 business days. Part was as described without any flaws as stated in description.

My mechanic tried to save me money and get a used part from Tolpas , I’ve waited a week, every time I called to check on my car , the mechanic told me your outfit had a different excuse for not making a delivery. Then I find out you never had the part to begin with. Lousy way to run a business. Now my mechanic ordered a brand new part and is not charging me for it. Now that is good business. Keith Brown
