“TDLR: They had a great staff they was able to help me through a compicated bank issue. I would like to thank them for their help and a beautiful bank location.
I had a very difficult issue regarding my father who passed away and a bank account under a buisness. and after months of tryig to get it settled there was only deadends and then possibly having to go back to the governement and getting another letter. Just an endless loop of hoops to jump. Thankfully I got to speak to Brittney who went and worked it out with the Dime back office and provided a light to the end of a long tunnel.”

“Every time I go to this bank I am treated with respect, greeted with smiles and they always ask how my child is doing and give her lollipopsThe staff is very sweet especially Celia and another woman I can't remember her name but they both go above and beyond to make you feel like each customer is special. I will drive past the other capital one branches to get to this one just because of their great customer service. They even have dog treats for the pull up window for your pup! They are all great.
