“This was my first time going here tonight on a whim, and I'm glad I trusted my instincts. I was told by another shop that I've used frequently, that I needed a new tire. I had a nail in it and it couldn't be plugged or repaired. They said they'd order me a tire ($193 for the tire and a balance). I called several times and got the run around. So I said, this doesn't seem right and I called Firestone. They got me in right away (like 30 minutes before closing ), took my van in and repaired the tire and saved me $170!!!!! Nick the owner was so nice, and so professional. They will now continue to get my business because they made me so comfortable and did right by me.
