Every time I have gotten something from this store I have refused the protection plan on my devices and they add it on anyways. Today I added a phone to my account that I already own and they put it on the account without even asking this time. Very shady and should be considered theft since they get commission from add ons on the account. Won't be going to this location again!

I was in a panic because my phone wouldn't work all of my text messages and my voicemails were gone that meant so much to me because there was messages and voicemail from my dad, my aunt and my best friend who recently passed away. I went in in a complete anxiety, panic mode and Daquan assured me he would get everything fixed and get it all back! And he did 100% I can't thank him enough for his compassion and all of his help and his knowledge with getting it fixed

Fast and friendly even when a customer lost control of their anger. This was due to the customer not willing to wait their turn and wanted help right away even though other customers were already waiting prior.

It was a great helped to me at Att location in Rensselaer, NY. I forget his name I will write it down soon he is very helpful and very knowledgeable fully experienced in his profession. He was even teaching to me even to me together too. It was a very excellent provided by me get a right away new iPhone at a cheaper price and get a line to me as well. He is so so awesome and very precious advised to me as well. I will come back soon there again back. Thank you very much for you are greatly helpful to me, it is five stars for sure for you. I was there to upgrade my phone and ended up with a watch and iPad as well. Dan was amazing to work with, as always. We walked in and were talking plans within 30 minutes. This is the only location we'll use, because I know whenever I need something, they'll get it taken care of quickly and professionally.

Came in just to buy some chargers. Melinda cheerfully and quickly got up to help me. Very positive attitude. Loved that she greeted me so quickly. I've been to plenty of stores where the employees seem miserable, she was very happy to help ?
