First time in this store was not a good experience in 2020. We stood unacknowledged for 20 min. before we took our business elsewhere for our 1st smartphone purchases. This pre-New Year visit was absolutely distressing for a stressful smartphone issue. We were greeted immediately by one associate and quickly thereafter by Jason. Jason was the associate who remedied the phone issue and helped instruct me on what I could do if I experienced future issues. Of course he welcomed me back if I didn't feel comfortable handling it myself. I'm a non-techy boomer, what can I say...5×5 ??Lily?

I have done business with ATT for many years. I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because ATT is boiling the frog with billing. Changes to plan rates, discontinuing auto pay discounts and cutting paperless billing discounts have increased my bill by almost 25%. Beware that you don't get caught in ATT billing trap!

Went to the AT&t store to check on international data for my phone they were very knowledgeable and helped me do what I needed to do definitely good service I definitely recommend them.

Mikayla and manager Jason at AT&T in Rensselaer NY were incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable of the products and process. I switched providers and was added to my partners plan. Mikayla was with us every step of the way with knowledge and patience. Jason - the manager, was very professional and helpful. Overall, great experience and I am looking forward to maintaining a plan with AT&T.

Sent my elderly father to get a new phone because he lost his. The phone is on my account all he needed was a new phone. They scammed him into a new line and phone all on my account when I called and explained the mistake they refused to help me said I had to call customer service. Called customer service said I had to go to main store in Crossgates.. Who than siad I had to go to the store in Rensselaer where it was purchased. This is a terrible business

I liked going to this store in the past, but the last 2 times I went there some of the customer service reps were not friendly and looked like they didn't want to be bothered. I have been an AT&T customer for years. It's a bit disappointing!

No waiting when we arrived at 3pm on a Saturday. Friendly staff and helpful service. Was able to answer questions and offer to have items shipped. Traded in phones for upgrades, with normal amount of time for data transfer.

My phone line was accidentally canceled instead of my deceased father's by another location. I forgot to get the name of the girl that helped me but she was so patient and caring. I had a bad day but she did everything she could to make it better.
