So what is with the removal of the ATM at the Van Rensselaer Square location? I only ever used this one because of its location. I keep asking and keep being told one will be installed, well it does not take months and months for this to happen. Also, I got used to using "POP Money" to make transfers to outside accounts, now there is no such service being offered. Both services that I used the most are now completely gone, so where is the improvement with the merger? I don't see it.

Rude the lady would not let me finish what I got to say before dismissing my concern about why extra money was taken out. Also another time a man was rude when I was concerned about where the extra charges were coming from and say that are you worried about a couple of dollars being taken out each day

Atm is often broken or closed, it's best to meet with someone before noon, after the merger is gotten worse

I've been a member of this credit union for many years and I find that the service is excellent. I have always experienced the tellers and managers as cordial, efficient and extremely helpful. Attitude is everything and I feel that they appreciate my business. I've also had a good experience dealing with them by phone - which is usually a nightmare when trying to navigate the phone systems of large corporations. They're in the process of merging with another credit union and so far, the service has remained the same. I hope it continues but have no reason to think that the service will change. I also have a mortgage with this group for the past 3 years and that was also an astonishingly positive experience. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Excellent experience and service everytime I go. They make everything simple fast, and friendly. The staff are also knowledgeable in many different services and will help you anyway they can. I left another bank to join them and since then my other bank started charging fees for everything, their slow, not friendly and generally a mess. Definitely can not recommend Cap Com enough.

It should never take 45 minutes at a drive thru window. Instead of saying the teller made a mistake lets just keep the customer waiting and not answer the call button. So I wave to get another tellers attention (to check after 15 min that they haven't forgot about me) and she waves back. You can't make this nonsense up. Please don't bother responding were sorry this happened with "we would like to follow up"

Useless. 3 years shopping for house. I have 2 letters of pre-qualification. Guy that completed letters dies not return calls!I found house. In contract. But cannot get loan mortgage assistance or appointment. I have called and been hung up on at least fifteen (15) times.I have gone in inperson...and a you get is..we will set up appointment...then I go..and no appointment recognized at location. Then they will have someone call to move forward on mortgage application..but all she wants to do is write ore qualifying letter. Im now to close in 14 days...and nobody at credit union assists or cares.Time to use another company!
