“Love to visit this location most of the time. One thing that is consistent is the way William jumps through hoops to personally help customers. I have been the recipient of his assistance on several occasions. This last time, today, Sunday August 3, 2025, he maintained his great customer service even as his supervisor/manager spoke unprofessionally and unkindly to him. I applaud him for maintaining his professionalism, regardless of the hostile work environment!!!”

“Lady with short grey hair (maybe the manager?) was BERATING a newer employee named Donna. No one should be spoken to the way this lady was speaking to her new employee. Donna couldn’t speak up for herself due to the mistreatment from her BOSS. Disgusting to see this behavior! Donna was doing an AMAZING job, working fast, trying to stock shelves, helping on register etc. She seemed so hurt and upset by the insults and mockery from her boss, but kept a positive attitude and was helpful to customers as well. I hope she finds a job where her higher ups appreciate her hard work. (Customer even felt bad and said “they need you here” to which Donna responded “no they don’t” it was so heartbreaking.)”

“Went to three other Dollar Trees looking for this specific Halloween decorations. Finally got to my regular Dollar tree and there it was !! The staff here are so kind and helpful especially Kira! She was super friendly! Her customer service is exemplary! The nice man at checkout was very nice and helpful!! This will be the only Dollar Tree I will shop at !!”
