Store is supposed to open at 9:00 on Saturday nobody opens the door at 9:00 i left at 9:06 im not waiting for the lazy people that work there to open they’re always late i would give this store a zero star if i had the choice

The attitude of those working here makes you feel like you are at someone's house trying to take their things and they want you out. The supervisor also shares this. Was there for balloons, the ones I picked out to get helium in, she tells me she doesn't do those because it takes her longer and is a waste of her time. Isn't her time paid to help customers? I wonder.

Lady with short grey hair (maybe the manager?) was BERATING a newer employee named Donna. No one should be spoken to the way this lady was speaking to her new employee. Donna couldn’t speak up for herself due to the mistreatment from her BOSS. Disgusting to see this behavior! Donna was doing an AMAZING job, working fast, trying to stock shelves, helping on register etc. She seemed so hurt and upset by the insults and mockery from her boss, but kept a positive attitude and was helpful to customers as well. I hope she finds a job where her higher ups appreciate her hard work. (Customer even felt bad and said “they need you here” to which Donna responded “no they don’t” it was so heartbreaking.)

Best dollar tree in a 15 mile radius. Always has what other stores don't. And hasn't sullied it's 1.25 price tag like the other dollar trees nearby. No dollar tree Plus section here is a huge draw for me. Only wish they had more staff when the midday rushes happen.

If I could give no stars I would. Solely on how employees are. Rude and lack of customer service is ridiculous. I try hard not to pass judgement. However, the first time I went into the store I felt off. Just the negative looks I received. Lack of help. I've been to plenty of Dollar Trees and seen diversity and atmosphere was welcoming. This store I don't feel that. I feel like should get out while I can. The kindness they show to another white person versus how I see them look and acknowledge a person from a different background. And not just adults but the looks they give kids too. I'm disgusted. As I said I try not to pass judgement the first time. Just felt maybe they were having an off day. Especially how miserable they looked, however this was EVERY TIME I went. I would find another store if possible. The only good thing I can say is that it's very organized. Outside of that... Find another.

So glad the Store reopened. It was closed for a month or so, and we really missed shopping there. Today we picked up so many of the special items not available in the bigger stores.
