Delivery driver continues to throw out packages in the snow on the side of the road. Apparently he's too damn lazy to walk up our driveway to place it on the porch!!

Fedex sucks they delivered my package to a different town and basically told me oh well contact the company you got it from and have them deal with it. When I finally talked to a real person about it she felt really bad about it and couldn't do anything about it but agreed how shitty the delivery person was for not caring about where they delivered packages. Hope whoever that got my package don't care about live bugs... I had to go to the pet store and spend more money and get less of them for over the cost I paid for the larger amount I wanted to receive from online.

HORRIBLE ground service! The delivery driver, has STOLEN multiple packages! I can say stolen, because when I was able to question him, 2 of the missing packages were mysteriously found! They seem to be packages from gaming sites, that he likes to MISPLACE. And when I’ve called and talked to someone, they cover for him.

I live in a complex. All I ask is that they look at the package to see what apartment building. I live in D19 and they left my package in front of D3-7. All the buildings have numbers. I shouldn’t have to search for my package.

Packages coming out of this location to my area in the Adirondacks never seem to make it. Pics of the package sitting in the truck as proof of delivery? Seriously? This is a recurring issue up here and someone there is making off like a bandit.

Wish I could give a 0. Have a package that requires a signature & I have been told that it would be “delivered today” for the past 3 days now. Yesterday they said there was an attempt, but I was home all day & there wasn’t even any sort of notification — no call, text or even ringing the bell. Am I supposed to just wait at the front door all day?? Their delivery map tracker doesn’t even work, so I have no way of knowing how close they are. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be avoiding FedEx. What a joke.

I tracked my package here and there is no way to get in contact with anyone from the company number keeps going to voice mail! Edit a lady answered 07/05/25 she’s working on tracking my package now once I get package I’ll add her name give her a raise! Well today 7/07/25 my package is now being called lost but really it’s stolen I know it due to it not moving and the circumstances getting different answers from every person I spoke to. I’ll file a claim the only reason I’m not calling the police is because it’s not a requirement but if it because a requirement for me to get a refund I will be doing so. Package was scanned in on July 1st 2025 and just magically disappeared!

If i could put zero stars I would. Constantly delivering to the wrong house when the note gives clear instructions we’re to go second day of not receiving my package because they keep going to the wrong house. Then wont allow me to come pick it up!

Fedex cannot deliver my order, so they ask me to come to this location to get the package. Upon arrival, the ONLY way to get it is to dial this phone number. I dialed 20+ times, nobody answered, the security team told me that they(fedex) are working . Wasted 1 hour, now my package is returned to sender. If I can give this place 0 star I would. The security team is also rude.

Hey FedEx you guys should get some new drivers that actually know how to drive and have common sense. Hope the driver sees this cause I have it all on camera of you pulling out in front of me making me go into another lane and then you wanna back up to me and start screaming at me calling me names. You were in the wrong not me. Seems all drivers have the same skill(can’t drive).

My package was left on someone else's porch in another city,I called & they were supposed to call the driver & go get my package & never did!! I don't understand how they got the address wrong especially cause it's written on the package!! It took me to send proof to get my refund back & what I don't get is that they just delivered 2 other packages a week before this one!!
