Went to North Greenbush location to buy a Ring Indoor Security Camera. Had to go to the girl watching over the self checkout. She seemed annoyed having to get into the locked case. She unlocks the case and a customer at the self checkout yells to her that he needs help. She relocks the case and tells me she needs to help that customer. Hello? What do you think I am? Shouldn't you help me first? Nope, she walked right by me to help the other person. I just walked out in complete disgust. I'll go somewhere else if Home Depot is unable to properly train their people in customer service.

I was at self checkout when I seen a prompt on the screen to get a military discount. Upon asking customer service how I would apply my military discount they said I had to do it online. Being that I was already on my way out I did not see this as a feasible opportunity to sign up for a military discount. I feel as though I probably should have been offered a military discount as I had asked about it but I guess they don't have enough respect for veterans to just swipe a card and give it to me at that time. Unbelievable.

Ive always had great customer service here. I need to have wood cut to certain dimensions sometimes and the employees have always done their job. So thank you - I don't feel intimidated when I ask for help, and that's a relief.

They contracted the gas stove hookup out to a company unfortunately they did not speak English and had to put their boss on the phone said I needed to call a plumber because I don't have a shut off it was bad and did not work fast forward purchased a gas stove from Earl b fidens they came and hooked it up with no problem said there was nothing wrong with itWith all of the awful accidental explosions due to gas that I have seen in the news I hope this helps someone who would potentially be making a very big mistake going with Home Depot they are playing with people's safety

Asked for linoleum flooring to be cut at 210 inches. He cut if 60 inches short and charged me for the full thing. Got to the job, made all the cuts assuming he made it the length I paid for and came up short. Brought it back and the manager Scott treated me like an idiot and thief. Laughed when he told me I couldn’t return it. Terrible experience and I am telling everyone to steer clear of this Home Depot: I feel like I’ve been robbed and laughed at.

I'm tired of going to this store in need of a specific item and having a male (always) employee either tell me I need something else or try to sell me a different item. Today a guy tried to sell me miniblinds in the wrong size for my window because the size I needed wasn't in stock. Home Depot'd again. They need to treat women like consumers and not idiots. I'm so done with this store.

I went to the East Greenbush Home Depot with my Dad to find special hinges for a kitchen cabinet. He was treated so kindly by EVERY ASSOCIATE!! The first person we asked for help was honest and said he didn't know how to help but pointed us to the pro shop. At the pro shop desk we met Michael who listened and patiently searched online for what my Dad was looking for. When he exhausted all his options he directed us to Tim the Hardware Manager. Michael also thanked my Dad for his service - he proudly wears his Army flight jacket and for someone to recognize that meant the world to me. Tim was able to find what my Dad needed and took the time to talk with him about random subjects as well. I love this store and the people who work there. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!
