Been coming to JMR Auto for about 5-6 years, Ross and his team are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Never once have I had a bad experience. The most recent repair they’ve done for me was a transfer case on my 328i. They were timely and kept good communication throughout. I would recommend them to anyone who wants reliable service at a fair price. Thank you!!!

Took in my truck for a timing belt, valve, and trans fluid service. Great communication, provided photos of the engine and timing belt sticker, I would go here again for any major services.

Excellent communication, quality work, and parts. Ross and his crew are absolutely top notch. Ross was there to answer ALL of my questions along the way. I have trust issues with auto shops and let me tell you the way this repair was handled has won me over. Ross has truly earned a new customer without a doubt. Thank you again for taking on such a big job when no one else would, and shout out to Danny for all those days he was half way upside down in my engine bay bringing my truck back to life!

My wife and I experienced brake trouble while traveling through the area, and were so fortunate to find JMR. Working with JMR was a great experience. The folks in the office were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and enjoyable to chat with. The service was above expected as they moved around their schedule to work on our car so we could get back on the road. To top it all off, the price for parts and service was super fair. I wish we lived closer so JMR could be our local mechanic.Service: Brakes

Ross was able to get my car in quickly when I had broken front springs. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, what could wait, and the best way to go about the repairs. He's the most honest auto mechanic I've met to date and is one heck of a nice fellah! Five stars for sure!!!
