This branch don’t deserve star but without that I can’t post this concerns issues here, unprofessional people has been hired there, I just wanted to do savings for my children whiles we spend almost the whole week to make sure that they do the right thing, for the past three months they couldn’t able to open an accounts for my children. To many excuses, incompetent people are being hired and working there it sacks!

Rush there to get to the door by 12:00. Walk up at 11:59 and they say I can’t come in. What awful customer service

Apparently they close at 12:00 Saturdays....but lock the door way before that. They had a customer that was walking out tell me I couldn't come in. I was going to deposit two checks which would've taken a total of 30 seconds or so. I'm closing all 5 of my accounts I've had over the last 15 years. No wonder this branch has such horrible reviews

Nothing bad but they do gotta starts turning their open signs off fir drive through or people will sit there forever. Their open sign is on when their not open on the weekends

Came to cash out some bonds. Teller was flustered trying to figure this out. Calls over "supervisor ?" They can't figure it out & tell me to go on the national treasury website & wait for direct deposit. I decided to try another branch on Columbia turnpike. They swiped my card & cashed me out without a problem in minutes. The employees over here need to be retrained because they obviously can't give the best service to their customers. What a joke,

Every other Keybank allows me (I have a minor account since I am 17) to take money directly out of my paycheck in cash, and deposit the rest. This is the only location where I have ever had a problem where they can't do that. Even a location I had never been to nearly an hour away allowed me to do this without any explanation on my part.

horrible bank. they didn’t unblock my card. they said i needed to call to do it online so when i did, the online help said i need to go to a branch so now i cant access my money because they didn’t do it at the branch. lazy folks! waste of time.

Large standalone location on the other end of the parking lot - so sort of facing Panera and Walmart. Easy parking too. There's a drivethru that also serves as an ATM during closed hours. The extra star is for the beautiful landscaping.

I have had nothing but a good experience here at this branch. The process to deposit and withdraw is so simple and does not require me to fill out a form or remember my account number. The staff is always very friendly. My personal banker Stephen Prall was recently very helpful and went above and beyond. I have experienced banking at 7 banks in my life thus far and Key Bank is by far the easiest and most enjoyable to do business with.

key bank is the worst bank to do business with. Most of the staff are miserable and they charge fee's for everything.
