Earlier this year i came in with laptop battery issues where it wouldnt charge. There was so much care and attention to detail here! The part i needed needed to be special ordered and i was frequently updated with statuses. I was pleasantly surprised when the inside of the laptop was impeccably clean and i had a laptop that was even better than the first day i got it.
Anyways, super happy with the results and the professionalism, even about 6ish months later!

I was having some issues with my laptop and brought it in. Joe resolved all the issues that were going on. He explained what he did and answered my questions. The cost to do everything I felt was very reasonable! Thank you!

Incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate how patient they are when working with you to figure out the problem. Did an amazing job repairing my power supply and currently working on some upgrades on my system. Would recommend to anyone for price and quality. Idk about issue other reviews regarding communication. I have found them good personally.

Well, I'm mixed in my review. They were friendly, informative, nice. Explained this well. However, dropped it off on 12.23 and just got it back today. Which kind of seems a little excessive. The price was fair and reasonable. But I would preferred to be informed on what was going on rather then having to call to get information. Which was the only way I was going to get it, By calling. Overall it was a 3 out of 5. Didn't like the lack of communication though. That needs to improve drastically.

Recently sold a graphics card online and realized I had no anti static bags to ship the card in. Called every store in the area and they were completely sold out so I thought I'd check with Reboot Computers. Went in, and the guy at the front desk grabbed one from the back and didn't even charge me for it! I will definitely be going back here for all my computer needs in the future.

Extremely helpful, friendly and communicative. Brought my custom PC in after replacing a bad power supply but couldn’t get it to fire. He figured out the issue quickly and got it to post. First experience with the shop and wish I had found him sooner.

Very nice people who talk you through what they are going to do and provide a fair price estimate. Thought my external hard drive was corrupted, but apparently it had been accidentally encrypted. They explained what had to be done at no cost. Would visit again if needed.
