Hello, today I had the most bad experience in the T-mobile Rensselear plaza store with both the Manager and the person who helped me, I went to the store to change the screen protector which I had already bought in that same store and which had a guarantee, after waiting more than 30 minutes the representative tells me that I should call customer service to make an update because my number, which is a business account, appears on another phone, I call customer service and they tell me that everything It is well reflected that they must make the change to which the young man tells me that I must request the protector to be sent by mail! In the end the representative tells me that to send by mail I must pay and that the only way to get the free replacement is in the store. It has definitely been a very bad experience because of someone who did not do his job well and the Manager was not even interested in finding a solution for me, both the store and the Manager have a minus -0

Not only do the children working this store NOT know how to do their jobs, they will make you run in circles for the simplest of things that can be resolved, or in most cases avoided all together, if they were just properly trained or informed. The amount of back and forth that I had to do to switch providers was insane. I also ended up with a 3rd line that I did not want or need and a cheap smart phone that I also did not want or need. They refused to apologize for anything and did not even acknowledge any of their mistakes. I attempted to have customer service help at certain times, but they're also utterly useless. Highly regret switching to T-Mobile.

I'm in the process of switching to T Mobile and it has been a hassle. After spending 3 hours in the store on Saturday, I came back yesterday to finalize everything. An hour in I'm told the phone I want is out of stock and that I would have to order a different phone. How did I talk to someoyfor three hours and at no point did the system say the phone was out of stock? I signed the documents, got the confirmation and after another hour I was out the door. Today I got an email saying my order would be cancelled if I didn't sign more documents. I called customer service to see what documents were needed and an hour and five minutes and 4 representatives later, I was told that I can disregard the email, they don't know why it was sent. How is it that I am 5 hours into the process and I still don't have a phone, let alone the phone I wanted?

Just switched to T-mobile and I'm so sorry I did, I'm very unhappy with the phone I feel it's a refurbished phone, it won't charge all the way, and now my bill is higher than what I was told taking it back for a complete refund tomorrow!

Service is ok. But they sign you in for a promotion that never exist, and you end up paying the premium price. In my case, 50% extra charges.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I walked in earlier asking for help with my brand new iPhone that I had purchased from their store less than a month ago and the two woman working wouldn't even look at the phone. They were blasting music and immediately told me I had to go to the Apple Store and that there was nothing they could do. I drove over to Crossgates Mall and went to the T-Mobile store in there and the guy working at that location helped me immediately and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. Do better!!!

Had the manager try to activate my new phone. Messed up putting the iemi number in for 2 hours, disabled protection 360 on my phone, and sent me on my way with no service and a support number that doesn't connect. Never going back.

If you commit to take time to get all your questions answered, the service is exceptional. The service associates are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Tiana was very informative and amiable.
