Excellent customer service. Talah explained the difference and pros and cons of laptop models I was considering. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly.

I had a terrible experience at the Happy Returns counter at this Staples. The woman with short black hair had a disgusting bad attitude. When I approached her for assistance, she didn’t greet me or offer any help—instead, she pointed at a sign and told me I was at the wrong counter in a very rude and condescending manner. Seemed like I had interrupted her personal time, as she had been on her cell phone when I arrived. She then walked away without any further acknowledgment, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, customer service training is lacking at this location. I won’t be returning.

“We’re not going to assist in business card printing today, there’s only two hours left to the work day”. “That’s full service, we need at least a day”.
Why not just cut out that position all together?

Great customer service from employee Jackson. I’ve been to other Staples locations near me and the location on N Greenbush Rd offers the BEST customer service. I had sworn off Staples after a terrible customer service experience at the Troy-Schenectady Rd location when I returned Amazon items. Gave Staples another try after learning of their free electronics recycling program - but tried a different location. I first called the N Greenbush store to get details and I was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. I took my printer to be recycled in the N Greenbush store and received amazing customer service from Jackson. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He turned me around on Staples. I’ll definitely go back, but will bypass the Latham, NY location for the N Greenbush, NY location. Thank you Jackson!

Thank you sooooo much Evalyn at this location! Very professional and helpful during this time for our family. I came in to print and was not getting the results I was looking and Evalyn saw I needed help and took care of my needs! Will recommend 10/10 customer service!!!

Today was my long waited day off that I well deserved for myself so I was having a cool lazy day off as I promised myself long time ago until I decided to go to staples in eastgreenbush my whole mood is ruined I wish I wish I had never gone there and face the rude lady that printed my documents out if I knew that would happen I would not have gone and kept my coolness for the day but it is what it is i can't get back to the past and fix it the main problem I have always went for my copies to staple I have always printed out from my outlook never once had problem today I went like I normally do want to get copies done they said outlook had problems and we never helped anyone before to print out from Outlook so I wonder how I managed it to print out hundred of time before without issues so I couldn't get my code back from Staples print me so I couldn't use self service the thing is I couldn't receive anything from Staples but I could recieve emails from my husband while I was in staples this tells me staples has problem not my outlook but then blame it on my outlook when i went to get the print out from the service area the lady over there was extremely rude first didn't ask if i need black and white or colors so i got copies in colors so now i have to throw them out when i went to pay she was even rude because i couldnt focus with the screen in front of me and respond correctly the way she talked i felt like she was yelling in my face what if I zoned out while paying what if my mind isnt working properly because is full with many life things what if the document I got wasnt what i was expecting so my mind was trying to process this mistake first and then trying to look for how to fix that at the same time many things what if I was just sad on the outcome and couldn't focus there could be more reason to why I couldn't focus in that specific time but whatever the reason treating me like that is not acceptable because I came to get a service and I paid my hard earning dollars for the service at least I should not be treated like you are doing me a favor and you have a right to be angry with me or yell at me or be rude i will still go get my work fixed from the other staple tomorrow but never back again to that specific staples

The East Greenbush store is well stocked and have items that are on sale in stock!! The manager as well as the salesperson who helped me to complete my purchases were excellent during my recent visits.
