“This is a clean and very decent store. They have a ton of different varieties of loose tobacco, which is what I was there for. I really was hoping that they had organic tobacco, but they don’t. Not a whole lot of stores carry it. I am not a smoker, I was going there to get organic tobacco for other uses. But I wasn’t disappointed with the store, and the woman who was working there was as helpful as she could be, and pleasant. They carry unbranded large bags of loose tobacco in different blends, which look pretty good, but I have to say that I did not try them out because I really wanted the organic stuff. This store is definitely worth a stop if you need loose tobacco or other supplies and are in the vicinity. Plenty of safe parking - this place is in a fairly modern and very safe strip mall on the outskirts of Rensselaer / East Greenbush.”
“Awesome smoke shop with super friendly staff and great customer service. They always help you find exactly what you need and have a huge selection of vapes, accessories, glassware, stickers, pins, and other cool items. The atmosphere is really chill and welcoming, and the employees actually take the time to answer questions and make good recommendations. Definitely one of the better shops around — highly recommend checking them out.”
“the only place I'll buy my 510 thread rechargable batteries in the capital region. The only place I can find a decent rechargable pen, that lasts longer than a single session (like the rechargeable sticks from dispensaries), and costs under $20.
Employees are always nice, quick, and knowledgeable. I'm always quick in and out but always leave a dollar still :^)”
“Awesome products and great service but prices vary depending if Management is there. Every time I go in the store product prices change. Apparently Management can waive the taxes.”
“This place is a absolute hidden gem with a massive selection that makes you feel like a kid in a candy store. The interior is super clean, modern, and honestly just has a great vibe the moment you walk through the door. Everything is perfectly organized and fresh, so you don't have to spend forever hunting for what you need. If you want a shop that actually keeps things high-quality and professional, this is definitely the spot to hit up.”
“They have an insane amount of products. The manager lady is super helpful and really knows her products. Everything I have bought there over the years has been great quality.”
“This store is very nice, clean and well organized. Sheila is willing and able to help with your needs. She does a great job leading with education. Knowledgeable about her products and what may help you. Prices are what I expected compared to dispensaries in bordering states. She gave me samples to try out before I purchased! Great Experience! It is my go to stop for CBD needs.”
“don’t typically leave reviews about places i visit but the customer service here was exceptional. James from the moment he answered the phone when i called to the moment i walked out was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend.”

“One of the best customer service I ever experienced. Great selection and prices and everyone went out of their way even when I called them they were helpful and so patient. Better than any gas station where cashiers express how annoyed they are. The two guys who were working here were so friendly and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.”
“I go here for all my smoking and growing needs. Staff are always inviting not matter the time and they take their time to help the customer get what they need.. staff in the homegrown outlet side are extremely knowledgeable and give great advice on all matter growing.”
“The staff there are TERRIFIC and they really know their stuff when it comes to growing cannabis. The selection of SEEDS, SOIL, NUTRIENTS & LIGHTING was amazing & very affordable. I HIGHLY recommend a stop by THIS location.5 stars ⭐️”

“My shop was unexpectedly closed and I really needed a new vape, so I stopped by and was very pleased with the pricing (the same $ as my previous store), as well as having my particular item in stock! I'll definitely be coming back!”
“Always a pleasant experience, If they don’t have what you need they can get it fast. Good prices and nice helpful people. And they paved the parking lot and finally covered that big HOLE on the way out of he parking lot.”
