“My bridal shower was amazing! My mom was in contact with Brittney. The communication and attention to detail were great. Brittney was there the day of the bridal shower and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions regarding food allergies. The food was absolutely delicious and the room was beautiful!”

“My wedding reception here was everything I could have dreamed of. Shelley Francella made it all happen, along with her phenomenal team and amazing head chef. Me and my husband came to the Terrace not knowing what to do for a reception area, we are not from the Schenectady area so we know nothing about nothing. Shelley's ability to stay calm, she's been doing this for over 30 or 40 years. She remained professional and so kind, the staff mirror the same mentality. The food, my guests still speak about the food and wish they could come back. Shelley helped me pick a caterer for the cake and music/sound. You are also invited to do a taste testing and that was so much fun, with so many different people with future weddings or events. The price is worth it, absolutely worth it. I would not trade the experience I had with Max 410 with any other location”
“Went here with my wife for my birthday. When she told them they gave us a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. How nice. We had a 3 wine flight of white and a three wine flight of red. We also got the Charcuterie board. We liked most of the wines and bought 2 bottles. The food was plentiful and tasty. It paired well with the wines. This was our first time there but it won't be our last. We want to thank the people at Galway Rock Winery for making my birthday a great time.”

At first we didn't really find anything within our budget and were ready to leave then Dan helped us find one within our budget and was way more than accommodating, very friendly. His help was greatly appreciated and we will be back there next year for sure!!”

“This hotel is beautiful. For those who need a place to stay, you won't be disappointed. The front desk check-in was friendly and fast. Show Evan some love when you go. He was abundantly helpful. He pratically mapped out how to get around the unique layout of the hotel. The first impression was great. Do not let the exterior fool you. The inside is spacious and modern. I want to talk about the staff. I would give the entire staff 10 stars if I could. This hotel accommodated March Madness teams, a wedding, and a 7 State Delegation Council on Friday, March 29th. Go over to the restaurant and enjoy the service of Dave, Tony, Danielle, Ava, and Hayley. Bring your groups here, and have your wedding here. The Crown Plaza has thee best Bartenders and Management I've ever experienced. Thank you all for a memorable evening! Just book the room and enjoy yourself.Rooms: I stayed in a suite that was top-tier quality. The bed was incredible. Im 140lbs and felt like i was sleeping in a cloudFood & drinks: Big D's restaurant is delicious. Try the burger. 5/5 taste and quality.Noteworthy details: Close to the Albany Airport”

“My step son Justin Park has played indoor football at Afrim's Sports park in Albany for several years. I saw a Tornado table there months ago with kids wanting to play but the table was all jammed up and not playable. Today I went to watch the indoor football game and brought my bag of Tornado tools and parts and replaced the bearings, a fews guys and pins, cleaned up the playing surface, and rods, new balls and repaired the broken coin slot. Nobody knew who I was or why I was doing this. I had my 518 Foosball shirt on and then met and exchanged personal info with the owner Afrim. I love this sport and love Afrims Sports.”

“Stayed overnight on a drive north from NYC. Great rooms with solid square footage and couch, counters, fridge, coffee. I was impressed given my rate.
I will say the breakfast was tasty but the common are was very messy and dirty tables and dishes were in every direction. Seems the staff are overworked or not organized.”
“We have come in for public skate and also have had private functions here. We can’t say enough good things. The staff is so professional, kind, and patient. Everything from booking our ice time to getting rentals to help inside the rink has been smooth and fun! Every individual we have interacted with is so friendly, they seem genuinely happy to have you there. Plenty of spots to sit down and put skates on. Bathrooms are clean. Will certainly be back!”

“Absolutely gorgeous venue. From an aesthetic standpoint, everything was beautiful and immaculately set up. The grounds and spaces photographed wonderfully.
The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the day, and from a vendor-to-vendor perspective, they were a pleasure to work with. Communication was easy and seamless, which always makes a big difference on a wedding day.
