CVS Rhinebeck needs to do something about their parking situation. People use this parking lot as some kind of public lot for the village. My mom is recovering from surgery and we couldn't even find a spot to park, some jackass took the last parking spot which was handicap (she is handicap) and he had no handicap tags or plates and hopped out of his car not even going to CVS. This happens repeatedly. Lot is always filled with people not shopping there. They use to have signs up threatening to tow non customers maybe you should really start doing that so your actual customers many whom are sick can park at your store!

The people at CVS were very helpful and professional and I had very easy time finding the items I needed.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Staff passive-aggressive, rude, unprofessional.

Many many reasons. Calling and saying the prescription is when in actuality it is not, long lines constantly and they never answer the phone. Could continue but got better things to do like change all prescriptions to TOPS pharmacy.

I feel like CVS get's an undeserved bad rap, so I wanted to give some positive feedback. 1) Pharmacy staff is very hard working and truly seem to be doing their best to take care of people. Everyone is friendly and if you need your medication NOW, they will expedite things and take care of you. I feel bad for them, they need more pharmacy staff. 2) I always like the deals and prices of CVS merchandise. There are bargains if you are willing to look for them. 3) Rhinebeck's store does need a good cleaning and a face lift. I don't know if that is staff's responsibility or if they contract out. If they contract out, shame on those people because they are certainly not doing a good job. If it is the staff's job, then hire more people. Everyone there is doing the best they can.

The CVS pharmacy in Rhinebeck has steadily gone down in quality. It is frustrating to get a text saying your medication is ready only to be told you will have to wait up to half an hour to receive it. People behind the counter often seem indifferent and uninformed (exempting Patty, the pharmacists who is invariably professional, competent and friendly). There seems to be frequent staff turnover as if the people who work there are no happier than the customers. Another issue is the impossibility of getting through by phone. Many I know have already left this pharmacy to drive to surrounding towns - inconvenient but worth it for the superior service. Others order online.Obviously this is a top-down kind of issue. As long as corporate prioritizes it's bottom line over sufficient staffing and customer service while asking employees to "do more with less" it is staff and customers who absorb the hit.Long time customerWendy Owen

Typical CVS in a very different building. All the usual stuff you expect at a mis size CVS

Overworked under staffed and, I'm sure, under paid.

What happened? Empty shelves, messy empty shelves at the pharmacy counter, distracted overworked pharmacist, no stock, barely any staff, a sad sad vibe.
