Absolutely rip off and completely unprofessional!! A co worker of mine recommended them- she went there for a wash, cut and dry for $63…. Okay, fair- so, I sent my daughter in with her father for a trim, she has VERY long hair, they did not wash it, trimmed about 2 inches off of it, dried it, appointment start to finish about MAX 40 minutes. Charged me $78. When I called to ask why I was charged that amount, being they didn’t wash her hair…. I was met with the most unprofessional attitude from their counter girl, Beth. She was hostile and nasty…. I asked to speak to the owner and she ended up swearing at me and hanging up. Absolutely disgusted by this encounter!!!! I work in customer service and can’t imagine talking to people that way! I will be spreading the word about the level of unprofessionalism I experienced today.
Also want to add that Beth argued with me saying that my daughter was there for well over an hour. Looking into it further, she was inside the building for 36 minutes total….. See pictures below below.

Marie was phenomenal!! I came in after getting a bad haircut at a different shop, Marie seated me immediately, knew how to fix it, and got to work. On top of that she was so kind, so funny and clearly very talented. I appreciated her willingness to listen to what I needed, and her ability to follow through.
Before meeting Marie I was walking around wearing hats in shame of how bad the previous haircut was - but today I walked out of the shop with confidence!

The stylists at Iconic Hair Salon and Barber Shop take great pride in their work. The owner, Pietro, gave me a top-notch hair cut that really emphasized my natural curls. The community vibe was wonderful and the location is unbeatable. Great experience!

Literally the best haircut I have ever received. I went to a different salon in town earlier this year and had a bad experience, which made me really nervous about getting another haircut. I was actually shaking before my appointment in fear that this would happen again (The last salon I went to cut off 6" of my hair without asking.) I could not have chosen a better salon this time around! Rita was so careful, communicative and sweet! She gave me the exact haircut I asked for and I have no more haircut anxiety. I am so grateful to the staff at Iconic for giving me top notch customer service and a beautiful trim on my hair. I finally found my new salon! I felt so comfortable and welcome there. I couldn't recommend Rita enough. She's so friendly and talented. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I scheduled a full color which they booked as highlights.At first they said they didn’t have time.I think this place is fine for hair cuts but nothing more.I asked for blonding and the stylist could not handle it lol. I became very uncomfortable with her reaction to what I wanted. She at first started with one face mask, then added another due to the fumes. Then she was concerned with the affects from the fumes maybe? And put on sunglasses… very unsettling to have someone bleaching your hair in sunglasses inside but I didn’t say anything and let it happen. The final straw for me was that they put a filthy dirty box fan in front of my face and turned it on because they didn’t like the smell. I mean this thing was disgusting. That’s when I said my scalp was burning and decided to have her rinse me off so I could leave.I couldn’t even smell the fumes but the stylist Elise and the receptionist person were complaining about it.Like I said they cut my kids hair fine but coloring probably stay awayService: Hair coloring

Iconic is very reliable place to get your hair cut in the area. Appointments are easy to schedule and every haircut I've gotten there has been great. Elise gave me an especially excellent haircut recently. It's really hard to find a good place that is reasonably priced around here, so I'm glad to have found Iconic.Service: Haircut

I left with a great haircut, but I felt that the staff did not appreciate my presence. I wasn't a walk-in, but I still felt rushed and unwelcome.

I went to this salon for the first time this week and had my hair cut by Elise - she did an AMAZING job - I went for the dramatic "cut it all off" and she took her time, slowly bringing my shoulder length hair shorter and shorter until it was what I wanted. It is day 3 now and I can honestly say I love it more every day! So happy!Service: Haircut
