“What an absolutely wonderful experience every time. The staff here are so generous with their time, knowledge and experience. They always clean my jewelry (no change) and are happy to inquire with their jeweler for repair questions. I took them a chain that had been knotted for months and they fixed it the same day, texted me to pick it up, and didn’t even charge me. They also took a ring with a complicated damage in for me so the jeweler could look at repairs and offer me a quote. They got back to me within 48 hours and provide honest and reasonable repairs and pricing. On top of all of this great service, they even offered my 4 year old a lollipop and she has not stopped asking when we can go back to visit the place with all of the pretty things and lollis. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our Rhinebeck community. I’m telling everyone to come here!”
