I do not have all of the words and feelings I’d like to express in my review of the recent work I had completed at Northside Auto Body in Rhinebeck, NY. From the initial assessment of damage to the completion of restoration and pick up, they were in constant communication with me regarding the status and progress.
Their professionalism and priority focus on customer satisfaction was key to my feeling of appreciation, in addition to the quality of workmanship!
I would strongly recommend them should the need arise. You will be completely satisfied with the entire process!

The service was professional and courteous from beginning to end. Our representative answered all our questions and kept us up to date by email throughout the process. The work performed was faultless. Coordination with the insurance company was smooth. The reception area is spacious and welcoming.

I've used North Side twice in two years (unfortunately) and they are the best! So nice, professional, timely and they leave your car cleaner than it will ever be again. Hopefully I won't have any damage to my car again soon, but at least I know I can go back to them if I do.

No one looks forward to dealing with the aftermath of a car accident. Northside Auto Body turned an unfortunate experience of being rear-ended on the highway into an excellent front-end experience of superb customer service.
I worked with Anna, Dennis and Brandon and they all delivered professional AND personable customer-centric service. They thoroughly explained the process, managed expectations and oh, the shop is immaculately clean! Northside worked directly with my insurance and helped facilitate a car rental.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Northside Auto Body. Needless to say, I wouldn’t take any of my vehicles anywhere except this very shop. Any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing my truck was in good hands. The team at Northside Auto Body truly made the whole experience seamless—and not only that, every part of the repair was handled with care and precision. My truck looks brand new, and not a single bit of damage remains following the repairs they made. I noticed Dennis and his team were out working at the literal crack of dawn, always busy yet incredibly friendly and approachable. I had to send my son to the shop to fix one of my vehicles as it needed a new bumper after hitting a deer. I was extremely busy that day. We made the appointment to get the car fixed the following week after ordering parts and we had the car back within reasonable time. When we got the car back we found all these little details inside the car that made the experience even more pleasant, including an umbrella! I will recommend friends and family to this business. Great people to work with.

I cannot say enough positive things about Northside Auto Body. The friendly and helpful owner and his lovely daughter, along with all the other workers, made for a truly perfect experience! A week after minor bumper damage, my car was in and out and looked better than it did when it went in! Rest assured and feel confident leaving your auto in their hands. Thank you, Northside!

Well, to be fair, I’ve not used them so I cannot vouch for their work. However, the quote was 2 x the quote I received from another auto body group 4 miles away. I mean, if you appreciate great curb appeal and flavored coffee while you wait for a quote, it’s great. But not for twice the cost!

We had a minor door issue and were told by Subaru to take our car to Northside and they did not disappoint. Northside Auto Body fixed our problem in just a few minutes and were kind and courteous while we waited. We will always take our car there for problems big and small. Excellent service! Thank you.

This was the second time I took my car into Northside to have some back bumper and side fender repair work. I have never been to a more efficient, friendly, or professional auto body shop. My car came back perfect, and it was “clean as a whistle” outside. I thought maybe I got lucky the first time because that’s how it was then, but now I know that is their regular standard of care when you bring your car to Northside. They are super meticulous about everything. I give them my highest recommendation.
