I use UPS all the time for shipping for Auction Houses to my address in Canada.
It was a big mistake to purchase items from the local auction house George Cole Auctions and Reality. My item was almost disappeared between the auction house and their designated shipper.
I contacted with UPS store at 6565 Spring Brook Ave in Rhinebeck N.Y. Chris from the above UPS store was helping to get my item back and packaged for fast and safe shipping to my address in Canada

The male working at this store was extremely rude and behaved as though he was being inconvenienced after letting a line form when there was only one other person in there before me. He couldn’t bother to look up and acknowledge he had customers while he finished what he was doing on the computer.

Read other reviews as well please. For some reason Amazon doesn’t trust this location with returns. Also, just down right snotty, dismissive attitudes (mostly from the tall male, wish I could say gentleman but that doesn’t fit). This is why I always travel the extra 5 mins to Kingston. Never an issue. Someone needs to attitude check this current staff. Not even one person in the store besides me and I waited for someone for a five minutes to then be so unnecessarily rude to me.

I’ve been shipping a couple packages a week here for years and they are always attentive and quick. Line or no line. Pleasant and accommodating. Love you Moe! Don’t go changing to try and please anyone, slacker ;)

This store was apparently banned from Amazon returns a few weeks back. I was told the ban might be lifted. I attempted to return something at a minute before 3:00 today. As I got to the door, the employee was about 5 ft 10, thin male, with brown balding hair closed the door and locked it right on my face. Not even an apology or an attempt to try to help the customer out. The store reeks of entitlement and if this is the level of customer service that they are willing to give, they will fall under despite new management. The reader would be better off not wasting their time coming to this rude establishment and going across the river to Kingston where the UPS staff and store is much nicer and more inviting.
Forget about the ban from taking Amazon returns, this store should be banned. Moreover it is very suspicious that Amazon returns have been put on Hiatus from this store. Makes you wonder what might have been going on. Whatever you do do not come to this place.
