1/24/23 Poor Management of this branch to say the least. The Supervisor of the Rhinebeck, NY US Post Office (Pam) also oversees this (Rhinecliff, NY) US Post Office. The Supervisor thinks it is aok to shut down the US Post Office in Rhinecliff, NY for hours at a time and even days at a time..... for non-valid, nonsensical reasons.. To be clear this is a management issue.... the actual post office clerk at the Rhinecliff, US Post Office is personable and professional... she is not responsible for the inept management overseeing her.
