Don't let this backwoods fool you! This is probably one of the nicest KOA campgrounds that we have stayed at. The tent camping site was huge and fit all three of our large tents. Check these folks out and follow our video about this place on YouTube at Twin Rivers Wood Products!!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Everything great except - front door window has no covering and everyone can see in which we do not like. It needs curtains or shades. We are using a bath towel. Also there is no TV. A little disappointed about that.

Not all KOAs are created equal, and unfortunately our stay at Cooperstown KOA left a lot to be desired.
It was our first time at this location. We stayed only one night in one of the cabins.
The cabin itself was clean enough upon arrival, but it lacked some basic essentials. There were no extra paper towels, no sponge for washing dishes, and the patio furniture was in rough shape — with some chairs broken or held together with zip ties. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable. It honestly felt like sleeping on hay bales propped up on toothpicks — not a good night’s rest at all. For the price, I expected better upkeep and attention to detail.
The campground overall was just okay. What really stood out was how many activities were completely shut down, which made the place feel empty and uninviting. One of the reasons we book KOA is for the activities and sense of community, so this was a letdown.
Staff presence was another issue. Aside from check-in, it was the one and only time we saw staff around. Usually KOAs have a welcoming, attentive staff presence that makes the stay enjoyable, but that was missing here.
I can not get over how highly rated this location is. This location simply does not deserve a 4-5 star rating. Unfortunately, we won’t be back in the future and I can’t say that I can recommend Cooperstown KOA.

We spent a couple nights while visiting Basball Hall of Fame. It's about 20 minutes away from Cooperstown. This place was great for a getaway for sure. It is very isolated though there is a small town about 5 minutes away. Really quiet and really dark. Seemed well kept.

This is off the beaten path. Nice camp ground. The women that run the store were nice

Smaller, laid back KOA in a beautiful rural setting. Amazing sunsets. Typical amenities, great dog park, rv hookups newer. Many improvements since we were here last. My only gripe is sites, while decent sized, are not particularly level. Will be back.

This is a great campground in a very good location. only 20 minutes from Cooperstown where there's tons to do on and outside of the campground. Take a scenic view past Otsego Lake and walk around Cooperstown. Take in the Fenimore art museum and farmers museum. And of course the baseball hall of fame. The KOA had very clean bathrooms and showers. It also had full hookups and a nice space for camping, fireside chats, and eating. Highly recommend.

7/25: a quick Camping trip with my dog, camped with a tent and the night was perfect, with a wonderful campsite, with beautiful view of the evening sunset over the rolling corn fields.

Beautiful landscaping and immaculately clean grounds, combined with deliberate shade plantings, the Cooperstown KOA is one of our favorites! Situated away from city hustle and bustle, the campground is convenient to many of the region’s attractions.

One of the nicest RV parks we have been to. People were very nice. Everything was clean and the park was in the most beautiful setting. Cannot wait to go back!

This is by far the best KOA I have camped at. It's not the fanciest which is fine. It is well maintained, sites are ample size. Most of all the staff is WONDERFUL. Very helpful and go out of their way to help.

This campground was a nice surprise. It's very quiet and conveniently located for a trip to the Hall of Fame.

Horrible service. These folks never returned my 7 calls to them. I left messsges on their answering service but never heard back from them. If this is how they do business I do not want to give them my business.
