She is a Professional, friendly, caring and sharing. She was educated about the current promotions that MCU offers. She value my time. She wore her covid mask. She was patient with me while setting up my new online passwords. She provided easy instructions, while speaking loud and clear. Her customers service skills will give AI the chills. “I usually do not write reviews, however, I wanted to commend the professionalism and service of Makeida, the Assistant Branch Manager at the Flatbush location. She helped me get my account out of the negative because I was having issues with depositing at an ATM, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped me close out my account and issued a check for the remaining balance same-day. I would give 6/5 stars but unfortunately since I am unable this review will have to suffice.”
“I received assistance from Girardi Pacheco Jimenez and his colleague, a manager whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, and I just want to say they were both exceptional. Jimenez went above and beyond to help me and made sure everything was fully resolved during my visit. I specifically traveled to this branch to receive proper assistance, and I’m very glad I did.
I’m extremely satisfied with the level of service they provided. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their support and am a very very happy customer.
