This bank deserves 0 stars honestly the worst you come in and your waiting an hour for one person to speak to you. Then they have a worker who's seems sweet but stay messing up your information. I came two months ago to open an account and baby she spell my name ring and i had to learn from fraud department the my social was typed in wrong. On top of that city bank is closing my account but yet can't release my money to me two months without money nothing. I told my mailbox broken they don't care they still trying to send a check in the mail make it make sense. I have had an account since 2014 when Wells Fargo stole from me now this i want to file a complaint and put in a grievance

I really like this bank. They have gotten a lot better in how they interact with customers. Never had an issues and will be sticking with this bank.

Absolutely the worse! Rather than being helpful l, agent was more interested in a conversation with relative. Had a dispute charge which needed emailed, email address given was incorrect. Agent told me there is nothing she can do and she can't help me, ignored me and proceeded to delete her morning emails right in front of me. I've been banking with Citibank for over 20 years. Time to close all my accounts.

If I can give this bank a zero, I would. The tellers all look bitter and don't speak loud enough. The private bankers are unprofessional and ask your business in front of other customers. They rush you instead of trying to understand your problem. Simply horrible.

I visited this location on a Tuesday early afternoon. I was able to see a banker right away. Her name was Bibi, and coming from someone who worked for Citibank for many years I am very impressed with how she handled my accounts. I was able to take care of my matters in a heart beat. My teller was very friendly as well. I gave it a star off because I notice there wasn't any urgency for clients waiting. Otherwise it was not packed and have available seating area with refreshments.

I love this branch of Citibank, I have my personal bank account here and they are always very helpful. I always have a welcoming staff that greets me by the entrance and all the staff are really very nice and very polite. They always ask if everything is ok and if I need anything else. This place is always orderly and clean. I like this bank.

When desiring my financial transactions to be processed the teller nosily inquired: "Do you have a mortgage or would you want one?" Okay, like a typical brash dude I lash back to interject my response with the same curtness: "Right now I do not have a job so how can I pay for a mortgage when I am unemployed?!!?" Tellers may be commission base or money grubbers driven by mass selling any product/service without a geninue understanding of clients' financial situation on an individual level, ergo callous on command. Why tellers cannot do their job to serve clients in their banking transactions without nosing into other people's affairs?

Very up to date, but the service is poor, the tellers looks overwhelmed with work and not friendly, not to mention no parking facilities. The parking police is always on the prowl because they know they will catch you one way or the other doubling parking. The bank is very small on the inside and there is always a long line.

Oh accursed bank how many hours I've spent waiting around for service. Alright, not to entirely knock them, their customer service is great -- they are highly attentive and can keep up with you regardless of what you're doing. However the wait seems to take forever and there's always a line. Always -- years of going here -- ever since I was a kid with my parents to when I had my own account to manage there is always a line which is always a turn off. But what are you going to do.
