It was very easy to communicate via text the morning of. I had a problem with the support beam on my bed and they came back and fixed the bed frame for me even after I had paid and they left. I greatly appreciate both moving teams I worked with and won't consider anyone else for a NYC move.”

He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day.
