“I can’t say enough wonderful things about The UPS Store in Bayside. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with kindness, patience, and genuine professionalism. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly, whether I’m shipping a package, printing documents, or asking questions.
It’s rare these days to find a business where the customer truly comes first, but this team does exactly that. They make every visit easy, stress-free, and pleasant. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and exceptional customer service keep me coming back time and time again.
If you’re looking for a UPS Store that truly cares about its customers, this is the one. They deserve every one of their five stars and much more. Thank you for always providing outstanding service you’ve earned a customer for life!”
“Viktor from Fine Art Shippers helped us out with a cross-country shipment, and made sure everything went smoothly. We will be using them again in the near future. Thanks Viktor!”
“I visited this location (Rockaway Blvd & 127th Street) today for their FedEx drop off services, I don’t have a printer and as long as you can email them the label, they will print it out for you for free and put it on for you on your package!! So awesome.
Shayana was the associate who assisted me, and as I was waiting on line to be called next , I watched her, and I was highly impressed with how she dealt with the other customers very friendly, quick, attentive, very informative. The woman definitely does her job very well. It was such a pleasant interaction I had with her, I felt very respected as a customer. Thank you!!!”

“Getting a passport photo for a baby is usually a challenge, and we had already been rejected elsewhere. But the team here made it effortless. They were remarkably patient, taking several shots to get the perfect compliant photo and even offering a white sheet for the background. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring service. Thank you for making what could have been a tough errand so easy!”
“Ivy League Stationers and Printing should be your go-to spot for all printing jobs. Shawn, who helps run printing is beyond kind. They helped the non-profit I work for with a project and were so generous with allowing me to use a piece of equipment during a very busy time. They support the community in a meaningful way and I would more than recommend supporting them with your business. Thank you!”

“This is the best DHL in NYC. The most helpful. I had to return 3 times for 1 package that the person I sent the package to was having difficulty picking up. They were so patient and helpful. I am very grateful.”
“I have been to this UPS store so many times. It is the best of Brooklyn, you had competition, but, they closed that location on Jay street. The reason you hold the BEST title is at that location, it was one person, at your location it’s everyone there. I was feeling down, and having a horrible day. The guys made me laugh and smile. It was close to the time my husband passed, I was feeling low. You never know what someone is dealing with. Always be kind, considerate, and professional. The staff, was all that and more. Earning your title. BROOKLYN’S BEST.”
“This place gets 5 start from me. Never had an issue and all the employees are friendly. I come here to return Amazon packages, ship out Depop packages. I even came here to ship out my wedding invitations and send mail to my sister in the Air Force with an APO address.
Never had an issue. They even print return slips for a small fee.”

“Sunny from The Mail Drop was courteous, quick to help and pointed me in the right direction for my shipping needs, he packed my items neatly when I showed up with a whole bunch of random stuff. “Why buy a printer when you can come here instead?
The people that work here are the best- they go above and beyond. The rates are more than reasonable - the quality is great - the staff are very professional and kind.
Don’t buy a printer- go to Park Slope Copy Center!”

“Best UPS store. Friendly and professional. I am usually in and out in seconds unlike the USPS. The workers are engaged and don’t look like they hate their job unlike the USPS. Basically the total opposite of the USPS on bell.”

“I have been coming here for about two years now to drop off my packages! There’s always this lady who is fast and makes things easy every time I ship ! She scans and makes it quick for me especially since I go there before work! I recommend dropping off packages here to ship! They just scan and ask for your phone number and give you your receipt!”
