“They have very nice staff. When I go it doesn’t take very long at all I am in an out within 2 minutes. The ladies that work there are so nice and helpful. They answered my questions and got me in and out even with a line very quickly but I didn’t feel rushed.”
“11/29/23 if your old school and really enjoy having a hardcopy ticket for a concert then you can go on Etsy and order a souvenir ticket, however, Etsy will only offer you a digital copy that you must print yourself. This can become problematic if you don’t have a printer and would like it on quality paper.The seller of the souvenir ticket on Etsy suggested that I emailed the digital copy to Staples and have them print it. I thought this was an amazing idea, After spending about two hours, trying to figure it all out I gave up and drove down to my local Staples Store on Sunrise Hwy in Patchogue. This is where I encountered the most amazing, helpful, professional knowledgeable person named Kyle who literally helped me through every step in under 10 minutes. He’s my hero, and I truly appreciate his kind heart and his help. I wish there were more human beings like him. Thank you for restoring my faith in society.Previous review…..Yup, the dreaded back to school shopping, I have to say, it was fairly easy with great prices and sales. Numerous staff on hand to answer all your questions and help you check out quick. In and out in less than an hour. I think that’s a record for me.”

“The access points make it so easy when sending a package, especially if UPS is already closed but you need to get the package out as soon as possible. They get picked up I think twice a day. Def think it's a good idea for these access points.”

I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!”

“At first they delayed my package due to “severe weather or emergency” on a beautiful day, and I was livid. However, I later learned they had attempted to deliver it early, and were stopped by construction down the road. They then went out again later in the same day to deliver it once the work had stopped. I appreciate the help I got from the call center as well as from the store itself, as they were all real nice and understanding about my initial frustration with the situation.”
“The postmaster here is very attentive and helpful. A few times I’ve had packages get lost on their way to me. Every time I put in an inquiry with USPS he usually calls within a day. You don’t get that type of treatment at every post office.”
