The postal carrier delivered this package behind the wheel of our car in the driveway! Good thing we saw it before we backed the car out! The carrier never rang our doorbell either. We have a front door where it should have been left. My regular mailman Dwayne would never do this.

Receive wrong mail, not receiving your own mail, all you can name, they constantly mess up their basic job.And I suspect the mailman is stealing valuable mails including your insurance card, parking permit, etc, since useless ads got delivered but non of the important mail gets delivered and all ended up missing.

I went in to mail 3 Christmas packages in boxes I had at home. Joann there in Ridge, couldn't have been nicer! She told me why I shouldn't use the boxes I had and gave me others to use. She was very caring, did not rush me through, and made a huge impact on my day. I told everybody I spoke to that day how she made a difference in my day. So to Joann and the Ridge Post Office, I say thank you and Merry Christmas!!!

I routinely get the wrong mail and have neighbors dropping off mine. Manager, post master, little sticker, I've done it all. I've given up and made peace with it. Always need a second check from STAR and I tell everyone not to mail me anything.But today, in hilarious irony I received a letter from them on their commitment to effectively deliver mail-in ballots. But it was not my mail !!!!!! :)

I own a business in Ridge. They have always done their best to serve us. During this pandemic we closed. ,I developed a hip problem to make things worse.They stepped up their community service by bringing our mail out to my car on request.This saved me a lot of pain and problems. Thanks Wayne, and staff for being there..

They are the rudest people ...Went in to get my son a passport...It says clearly on the Ridge post office website passport walk ins are accepted from 9 to 2 Mon-Fri a very rude woman said no they don't and only if they can accommodate you...There is no one in the post office..told me to go make an appointment on line...Very poor customer service..Maybe someone should have them read their website...Highly misinformed!!! It order to post have to give a star...not even worth one!!!
