The employees are very rude and very unprofessional. I saw them be extremely rude and impatient with a client right now. They do not pick up the phone. Overall they are very unprofessional and I dint think they should have employees like that. They also seem clueless at of what they're doing, a question was asked to one of them and it seems all they know to say is "I don't know."

This branch is very unfriendly for people who do not speak Spanish ,I weighed online and people coming after me they were served before me ,and I keep waiting ,and then when I start Question the service I was served with bed attitude

Disgusting! Disgusting! Worst service ever!!! They close at 4 p.m.!!!! What do they get paid for?! No help, and they are soooo slow!!!! And it's CLOSED AT 4!!!!! They don't appreciate their clients, if you have any options take other bank. Or at least choose other location.

I needed to find a b of a in the area, ended up here. Bizarre circus atmosphere....twilight zone episode appropriate. Line ridiculously long. Third world atmosphere. Unbelievable. Deserves 0 stars.

I have to come to this bank every month because I have to pay my mother's credit card. Every single time I come, the bank is full of people. This time I was beyond upset. There was a line all the way to the entrance of the establishment and only 1 teller. This is beyond ridiculous. And for customer service all the couches were full and people didn't have anywhere else to sit so they stood up. Avoid this branch and the Bushwick branch. There's a reason why they only have one star.

Always a 10-person line for teller. Theres only one teller. I suggested to Manager that they should get aniyher teller, and he explained that all banks are like this. Only 3 atms. Hope your phone is charged, be prepared to wait in a sea of humanity for a while.

I do business with this bank too often. The lines are ALWAYS ridiculously long with only 1 teller no matter what time of day. UNACCEPTABLE! The manager could care less.

As a blind person, I sometimes am wary of interacting with staff at the bank but this particular branch has always been extremely efficient and the staff friendly and helpful! The only problem I ever had was a notary that refused to notarize a document for me but other then that everyone at this branch is great

They are so slow. A transaction that should take you a minute becomes a whole hour ordeal cause they never have enough people working or close down to do paperwork. They should take care of the customers first.

Business owners beware and stay away. I pulled everything out at great difficulty just to be rid of them. They do not support locals. I went to Chase on Metropolitan - wow what a difference - I love it there and I say to anyone who is an unhappy BOA patron - go to Chase and be happy and prosper ...ask for Michael he'll take care of you.

I went here a week ago to update information on my account and open a new acct. I was not greeted by the woman working the floor. I approached her and told her I need assistant with updating my account etc. she told me 5 minutes and to take a seat. After 10 minutes past, Mercedes asked if I'd been helped and could she help. She was beyond helpful and very personable. She is the only reason I am rating this location at a 3. The other lady forgot ab me. -_- The line to the teller was extremely long the entire time I was there and they only had two tellers open. If I go back I will call and make an appt with Mercedes. If not, I'll go to a different location.
