the lady at the front desk was completely rude to me. Didn’t even let me try on a dress because it was her last one and if have to submit a deposit for it if i wanted to try on which made no sense.

Everyone who works here is so nice and pleasant. I rented a tuxedo for my son's high school prom last week, and everything was great. He looked so handsome. I've also purchased dresses here in the past and also a great experience.

This was our last stop after going to countless places and with no luck. I went to this place and should have came here from the beginning. My daughter picked out 3 dresses and finally decided on one. It was definitely down to the last wire. Her prom is Today Wednesday. She needed alterations and they were done the day before and it was perfect. The hospitality was also so amazing, Belen was the young lady who helped us. Today is the prom we are so excited and her dress is BEAUTIFUL…. Thanks to the person who did the amazing alterations…

The service here was amazing and fast. I came to get my daughter her prom dress. My daughter found a dress right away. They did the alterations quickly. The staff here is very helpful and pleasant.

The dresses here are gorgeous, seeing the reviews about having the dress fixed or hemmed I'm grateful I didn't do it with this place. I suggest buy the dress you love and go some place else for then to fix it like I did?

Brought my daughters prom dress here excellent service the Spanish girl that works there very attentive reliable and so helpful the dress also needed to be altered fast service reasonable prices would recommend them for any occasion thank you to them once again
